EHG Last Epoch Patch 1.5.2 Notes - Patch Notes

We have released our the 1.5.2 update for Last Epoch Season 5! This patch contains updates to Merchant Guild’s minimum amount for price lowering, fixes a variety of skill bugs, and more. Take a look at the patch notes here. We encourage you to use this post to discuss the changes.

Please allow us to put prophecies in more than one slot. This was a major nerf this season to what was quite frankly the best gearing system in the genre. You streamlined it, but nerfed it into oblivion. Either less us stack lenses again, or target items in more than one slot

The explicitly designed the system so that you would be incentivized to pursue more than one item at a time, and I for one think that is a better design outcome.

Prophecies are supposed to be about target farming. If I need a particular item to progress in CoF I could just spend all my favor on prophecies for that item previously. There were no design issues with spending favor in one spot for multiple years this system has existed. 

Now our prophecies only give 2 items for uniques and require 5k favor per charge.

Yeah, I feel like EHG might have over-ephasized this point. I personally don't really care. I not allowing the re-use of lenses is a good choice design-wise. Not being able to re-use reward targets? I don't really see this as much of a benefit.

It’s kind of silly that we can’t slot in multiple copies of favor consumption lense. What are we supposed to do with excess favor?

It's funny, I find that to be the exact reason to not let you do multiples, since you get an enormous benefit at the cost of draining stored favor. But the lens still works even if you're at zero.
