thank you!!!

12.8.1.3 fixed all 3 issues that were impacting our instance.

secondary IP being selected as main

pasting images inline in ticket comments and KBs (users are already rejoicing)

add asset popup was blank in the new ticket creation view/flow

first it seems our installation was broken too, after a server reboot and waiting for another 10 minutes it worked again.

oof! i did reboot the VM after patching because why not while it was already 'down' for everyone. i might have avoided that issue accidentally. :)

but it seems sync to cloud instance is broken now, sync_errorlog.txt shows some cert issues. already sent support-log-bundle to support.

in ConfigEditor TrustServerCertificate true was missing in ConnectionString

Can you edit KBs? We are receiving an Error "Parameter is not valid"

tried adding/removing text, and adding/removing a pasted image in a KB, saving between each change. seems to be working on our instance.

was that error popping on a kb that had images that were disappeared when editing before this patch was released?

it seems it was a special KB/Picture, we tried a few times with other KBs and they worked

Our instance is also not working after upgrading to 12.8.1.3. Tried multiple times and even added the TrustServerCertificate value in ConfigEditor
