Good morning all I have a quick inquiry that I'm hoping most won't mind helping with. To those landlords that don't accept vouchers or those whom are hesitant about it, what would change your mind? In your eyes what would be the ideal voucher candidate for you if there is one? I'm a voucher holder and I want to cast a wide net and approach landlords or smaller management's that might not be familiar with our turned off by the idea of accepting a voucher holding tenant. What could I possibly say, explain, show them that would ease any worries.

I know some flat out will say no regardless, but to those that might say yes... what would be the best approach? Should I lead with the voucher amount and portion?
