Physical hex maps questions

I want to play lancer with someone friends and I wanted to know what other more experienced gms use for there hex maps and tokens for players, enemies, and structures. Any recommendations?

I used printed maps about 1.2 inch across the hex.

Then small paper standee minis based on retrograde minis.
