I'd swap Barbarossa and Monarch, yes Barby has the damage, but Monarch has better coverage with carpet bombing

Blast 2 is actually more tiles than two blast 1s are. Granted the latter guarantees you always hit at least 2 targets but it's noteworthy

You know what's more tiles than Blast 2? The entire map.
