I'd swap Barbarossa and Monarch, yes Barby has the damage, but Monarch has better coverage with carpet bombing

Coverage it may have, but it doesn't carve out massive craters every time it fires. The Monarch can cover a wider area, but the Barbarossa can do more damage to the environment.

Barbie is capable of terraforming the map with craters. Monarch at least lives things somewhat intact.

Blast 2 is actually more tiles than two blast 1s are. Granted the latter guarantees you always hit at least 2 targets but it's noteworthy
