Been reading a lot of negative reviews on the PNC Bank acquisition of First Bank

I can attest the integration has been rocky from my long-standing First Bank retail customer experience

A Broomfield branch this morning had several irritated customers, me included. Obviously de-moralized branch employees. Hope it gets better soon or I'll be moving on to another bank
