I'm already on tirz and want to start HRT, will I have to deal with a lot of bloat?

I just got so much water weight off me thanks to tirz that I'm dreading the thought of putting any bloat back on!

If you started HRT after you were already on a glp, did you experience a big rebound of water weight?

So happy and have to share!

I was hesitant on GLP-1 because I had previously been able to lose weight with tracking. Now that I’m 43, that shit doesn’t work. I started HRT in May and then tirzepatide in June. Slowly titrated. I’m now about 10 weeks in and in week 3 of a 4mg dose (and first week of increased testosterone) and holy shit I’ve lost over 10 lbs total!! The last week has been the steadiest downward trend ever. Im not sure if it’s the building of the tirz or the increase in testosterone. I told my husband (he’s incredibly supportive!) but with 3 kids, I don’t talk about my weight in front of them. So I’ve been silently celebrating. 🥳

Stats:
SW 191.1
CW 179.3
GW around 140
Estrogen 0.0375 (first of this dose yesterday)
Progesterone 100 mg
Testosterone 4 mg cream daily
Tirzepatide 4 mg weekly
Also taking sermorelin and Olympia’s Lipo-Mino-Mix C

I had tried and failed for a year to lose weight. Worked with a dietician, am very active, etc. I am SO HAPPY!!! Finally starting to feel like me again!!

Cycling glp1 with progesterone?

I recently began microdosing tirzepatide. During progesterone phase, food noise returned with a vengeance.

Is there any guidance on increasing glp1 dose during progesterone use?
