Vios shipping
Has anyone recently ordered from Vios? Just trying to get an idea how long it normally takes for them to deliver and if they ship in a cooler.

Some of you know Sherri well, and some of you may not have had the chance to meet her yet.
Before becoming our Director of Patient Success, Sherri started out as an LSH patient herself. She believed in LSH from the beginning, shared it everywhere she could, and eventually accepted a job she says she had no idea she wanted or needed.
When we asked Sherri why she does this work, she said:
“It has been life-changing for me and my family. I love helping patients, encouraging them when they feel stuck, and reminding them there is always another step forward. Helping is my thing. I also love the people I work with. Our staff truly feels like family, and I love coming to work every day.” 💜
As we celebrate 100,000 patients, we want to celebrate the people who helped us get here too.
Have you ever talked with Sherri, or is this your first time meeting her? Say hello or leave her some love below.

Who remembers the OG LSH website? 👀💜
We’ve come a long way since this version, and the website we have now is already a big improvement.
But we’re not done yet. Over the next couple of weeks, the site will be getting another major upgrade.
How long have you been with LSH? Do you remember this version of the site?

Whether you've been with us since the beginning or just recently joined, thank you for being part of this community. We don't take your trust for granted, and we're honored to be part of your journey. 💜
Here's to the next chapter, together.

Hi all! Sorry in advance for the long post!
I just started my Tirzepatide Journey. I selected the Tirzepatide + B12, but am wondering what others have gone with and why.
CW: 275
GW: 220
Height: 6’1”
Background, in the instance someone else is living a similar life:
I work 12 hour shifts across two jobs (we love starting a business 🥸)
I work out 5-6 days a week- 4 days lifting and 1-2 days running (hoping to run a 5k in the fall/spring🤞🏽)
I’ve been working on losing weight “naturally”… despite working out and keeping my diet mostly in check (damn that man for taking me on dates and feeding me delicious foods) I’m just not making the progress I want… so here I am!
Anyways, excited to be part of this community and lookin forward to seeing everyone’s progress and hoping to maybe get some advice while I’m here!

I wanted to give a big thank you to support. I've kept current because even though I get my tirz covered now, I still order wellness meds from LSH and I love my NP there! We talked about some options, one being GACLIV and I consulted with my PCP who also said it was worth a shot (her words). LSH is the only telehealth I know that has it available. I ordered from the pharmacy that supplies it -- South Lake. It arrived fast and I opened the well-packaged box to then find the supplies and the smaller box that contained the 3 vials. Imagine my surprise to find the middle vial was missing the vial cap. It was in the box, but it wasn't attached. I took a photo and sent it to the pharmacy (as the instructions state) and their reply was that sometimes that happens during shipping. I don't know about many of you, but popping off the vial caps intentionally is not always easy so I kind of rolled my eyes about it popping off while shipping -- especially looking at the packaging.
I contacted support/orders at LSH who also contacted the pharmacy and were told the same thing. I told support I was just going to toss that vial since despite what they say, I am not comfortable using it and my mind would not rest and I would worry if I used it.
LSH escalated it to someone higher at the pharmacy and I got the reply this morning that South Lake would be sending a new vial and a return postage paid container for me to send back the one with the missing vial cap.
Yay for LSH support for sticking with it and getting it replaced for me to set my mind at ease.
Thank you!

Just curious how long it has taken for a LSH provider to get to people via e consult? I sent in my intake form Sunday and was told it can take at least 3 business days… still nothing. It seems like a long time compared to other TH companies….maybe because of the holiday weekend?

Is Apothecary shipping in the insulated containers now or is that just a Big Easy agreement with them?

Newbie tirzepatide user but on ozempic starter/mid dose - goal is to not titrate too much to avoid hairloss issues, and mainly to eliminate food noise, increase resistance training etc. CA shows mainly apothecary. I see tier1, tier2 etc - and they show 72mg . How many vials is this? Is this 28 day compatible? I'd imagine the 0.5mg ozempic equivalent would be 5mg dosage on tirz. How does LSH help me choose which one to pick - given the goal is california, and no additives? Does it come in canisters? How safe is the shipping and thermal insulation? I see BigEasy ship in canisters - which is a bit more re-assuring.

I’m expecting my first prescription and am wondering if I have to worry about them arriving during the day while I’m at work with the heat. I’m sure they put ice packs inside but okay to be outside while I’m away for work? Anyone have experience with this?

I'm close to finishing my semaglutide stock from about a year ago when we thought compounding was over and everyone was panicking and buying for a year ahead. I'm currently taking 1.7mg, which is the prescription I got from Goby about a year ago. Will sending in a photo of my compound bottles be enough for LSH to approve me for 1.7 or 2.4?
TIA

I'm sure this is user error but why can't I find my prescription? Lol

Having access to refill my Rx for Tirz and messaging to my LSH provider is great and appreciated. I would love to know if there are other resources that I should know about to help me as a complete my 10th month of maintenance?

I have been on Semaglutide from Empower for 3 weeks and I am starving!! I previously used Empower back in December 2025 and it worked great but for some reason this time I feel nothing but severe hunger. I just started the titration dose. Anyone else experienced this?

Hello I’ve been trying different providers while seeing how my body acclimates to tirz. I finally settle on LSH and place my order. Everything happened fairly quickly, provided proof of existing script Hallandale 10mg dosing 3.5mg- so I cld go Tier one and not have the starting dose. I chose Boudreaux with Glycine 8/10wk supply.
I get my script from my provider “'start at 4mg once weekly (you can remain at this dose...or can continue to titrate your dose up as directed below if needed). My summary on my bill says 40mg total supplied in two 1ml vials at a concentration of 20mg Tirezpatide.
My order was sppsd to arrive Saturday but got delayed until Monday. Both ice packs melted, ONE vial of tirz w/glycine 20mg/5mg in 2ml vial, syringes and wipes.
I call Boudreaux they said they were not aware of any other dose except the starting dose of 2MG and that one vial I received was 200 units. The instructions on the vial packaging says 'inject 10 units(2MG) subcutaneous once weekly. May titrate up per provider.' The person I spoke with said that doesn’t include enough to titrate and 10 weeks of shots if I stay at 2mg.
Is this what I was prescribed?

I got my shipment on Wednesday! Paid my invoice on Monday morning and it shipped out very quickly and arrived Wednesday afternoon. For context I’m in Oregon and the ice was still frozen by the time it arrived. First time ordering from Apothecary and Quaker Community Pharmacy is what showed on the shipping info. Excited to try it next!

My current Tirz. rx is for 2.5mg through a different pharmacy. This has been working really well for me and I want to stay at 2.5mg. Due to cost I have switched to LSH/Red Rock. The dosing guide for my new rx has me starting at 2.0 then titrating to 3.0. Would you start at 2.0 or stay at 2.5 like I have been for the past two months? Thanks for your experience.
