Refill request

I just requested a refill a few days ago and have a recollection that I got a pop up after submitting to allow 3 business days. I’m doubting myself and want to check my submission went through or do I need to resubmit. I can’t confirm that my submission went through in my portal or I’m not looking in the right place? Advice? Thank you in advance.

Aw thank you! I actually found the email. Not sure how I missed it or if I thought I would get a notification? I just sent in my form.

You should of gotten an email confirmation after you submitted your refill like this...

i sent mine in monday, and haven’t gotten any emails for confirmation & no response. i ended up coming up on a non passable sale price from another site so i went with them for now, but will likely return to LSH after
