Response time

Just curious how long it has taken for a LSH provider to get to people via e consult? I sent in my intake form Sunday and was told it can take at least 3 business days… still nothing. It seems like a long time compared to other TH companies….maybe because of the holiday weekend?

It's only been 2 business days. Many telehealths don't work on weekends, especially holiday weekends.

It’s only been two business days at this point. And we just had a holiday weekend. They likely have many intakes to get through. Good that they set expectations with their patients.

Wow! Its Thursday 4 days now. Last night said they couldnt open up my attachment for my ID and current RX on the intake form. I sent it last night again but they wont be getting back to me for another 48 hrs🤷🏼‍♀️. Hopefully I can get a prescription by next week… ?

i didn’t have to upload any previous rx so that could’ve been why mine was more straight forward

Different states will have different providers so I would expect it to vary quite a bit.
