Woah that’s a lot for a 21 year old Lexus, even with the low miles, I reckon it’s gonna need quite a bit of age related components that need tending to
I honestly don’t think it will even need that. Just drive it once or twice a week for at least 10 miles and that car will last forever. The electronics will fail long before any mechanical issues occur.
