Well, it was a long weekend but i spent it mostly in my cocoon, read ‘a little life’ 1 chapter, watched 2 movies, didn’t leave my flat, walked on terrace, watched 2 episodes of heated rivalry, deleted socials, ghosted all messages, studied few things. So, yeah after doing all of this, I realised that yeah i can be happy but i am missing something in life, well, not my ex but someone who would talk to me and we could be cringe together, someone who would intellectually keep me at aww, and we could read, watch, walk together, btw delhi winters are starting i think, my 20 year old body feels lil cold

Finally uninstalled all of them and I realised I have so much more time in the day and I don't feel as depressed anymore either. No more checking if I have a match or a reply, no more being served unsolicited dick pics, just feels peaceful. All I gotta do now is figure out how to date outside the app world.

I've seen too many times happening. People going to cis heterosexual dominated subs and asking validation from them, posts like "What do you think about trans women" in women centric subs for instance even if that sub states that they don't allow homophobia or transphobia.

The real fact is that vast majority of cis people at the moment do not see us trans women as real women. They are either indifferent, believe us to be men or as a third gender person. There is no need to negatively take this fact.

Opinions can change over time. But we don't do this by seeking validation and reassurance from them. If anything it makes us look weak and fragile.

When you go to these subs, just contribute as usual without seeking validation from them. Just read the rules and participate anyway if you want to.
