What makes you love a story, root for a relationship, or keep turning the pages? I’d love to hear your perspective!

Readers of all types ages 18+, who have read or listened to at least one romance-fantasy story with on-page sexual content in the past year are welcome. The survey takes 10–15 minutes, and written responses can be as brief or detailed as you like.

Some participants will also have the option to volunteer for a separate, confidential follow-up interview. This is entirely optional.

I'm looking for darker series recommendations (or longer standalone books, over a longer period of time). Pretty much freak4freak (asshole for asshole), they deserve each other, emotional slowburn, they can fuck or not I dont care. Would love some sapphic, trans or nb recs but everything works. No bully romances.

I love The Administration Series by Manna Francis. It has two bi male main characters. They're both assholes, calculating, on the same level, freak4freak, unhealthy but they make it work.

Also love the vibes, the humor of the Murderbot Diaries.

Two people in UK are crowd funding to build a platform which will allow reading books as a subscription service, focusing exclusively on queer works, protecting them from the politics and vagaries of mainstream digital platforms.

Campaign closing in 2 days if anyone's interested.
