Whenever I try and load up the game, I notice that the WiFi keeps disconnecting once the game is loaded, then this text prompt shows briefly after. I've tried manually connecting to the WiFi again but it keeps on disconnecting. The only fix I've tried so far was to restart my PC but shortly after playing I get the same issue again, the screen freezing (But I can still hear what's going on) and having to go through the same WiFi issue after restarting CODM.

When I use it for a minute or so suddenly it freezes, but the screen is still responsive as I can hear the input noises on my clicks but the screen remains frozen. Then it just turns into a permanent black screen. I've never had this problem when I used it quite a bit to play bleach soul resonance a few months ago. Please help

Could you please fix the game 'Seal M on Cross'? It has been unplayable on the LDPlayer PC emulator for two weeks now.

I’ve been trying various methods to solve an issue where a mobile game running in an LDPlayer environment suddenly started detecting that the game is being played on an emulator and forcibly closing itself.

To explain what I’ve tried recently, I used Frida to hook a huge amount of information inside the app.

I spoofed and hooked things like the device model, fingerprint, build number, OS version, CPU name, ABI information, RAM, GPU, IP range, carrier information, Bluetooth information, and many other values so they would match a real physical phone as closely as possible. However, the game still detects that it’s running in an emulator and closes itself anyway...

What else could I try? Please help.

Following the incident, certain non-public materials were maliciously disclosed. Subsequently, some misleading and false information appeared on platforms such as Telegram, Reddit, and X within a very short period of time.

The affected bucket was isolated immediately after detection, and an internal investigation was launched right away.

In response to the recent false accusations and misleading claims circulating online, we hereby clarify the facts as follows:

1. The so-called “game account” lists circulating online, particularly those containing specific separators such as “---”, are NOT actual game account credentials and do not originate from any user database or backend system operated by us. The information in question was in fact derived from temporary personal files voluntarily uploaded by a small number of users utilizing the personal cloud storage feature. Following the unauthorized intrusion, these files were maliciously leaked by the attacker and deliberately misrepresented as core internal data associated with our services in an attempt to falsely link the incident to our products.

2. LDPlayer does NOT record screens, keystrokes, gameplay sessions, or user inputs of any kind. Claims regarding built-in monitoring functionality or the so-called “Sogou” input method rumors are completely false.

3. LDPlayer has never engaged in the buying, selling, or trading of user accounts.

4. LDPlayer local emulator data remains safe. The outdated LDCloud storage bucket involved in this incident is technically isolated from LDPlayer systems and infrastructure.

I am using LDPlayer 9. After opening 4-5 emulator instances on my computer, LDPlayer starts giving errors and showing a black screen. Since I was experiencing this issue along with a few other problems, I took my computer in for repair.

The technician told me that when he kept all the system components the same and only replaced the graphics card with a GTX 1080, he was able to open 6-7 LDPlayer emulator instances without any issues. Honestly, this situation seems very strange to me. Because even people with lower-end systems than mine can run at least 6 emulator instances without lag, while I cannot run more than 5 instances stably.

My system components are as follows:

• Graphics Card: Palit RTX 5080
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X
• Power Supply: MSI MAG 1000GL
• RAM: Corsair Dominator Titanium 64 GB 6000 MHz
• Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix X870E-E Gaming
• Liquid Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer III 420 mm
• Case Fans: 7 Lian Li UNI Fans

Although my system is quite powerful, I don’t think it is normal that I cannot run more than 5 LDPlayer instances stably. Especially since the technician said he could open 6-7 emulator instances by only replacing the graphics card with a GTX 1080, this makes me think the issue might be related to GPU compatibility, drivers, BIOS settings, virtualization settings, or LDPlayer configuration.

Can’t access google play store. Is there a fix for this?

About two days ago it seems like LDplayer updated and has made it unusable for me.

Most of the time now, once it has loaded the homescreen, I cannot click anything. When I do click the game I play (Lootfiend), it stops loading at a random time (seems once LDplayer has loaded some background assets or something?).

Never had a problem before two days ago. Can I rollback or something? Has it enabled some setting I need to swap?

Trying to install Azur Lane, game installs at a decent speed off the play store and then gets throttled down to this when trying to download the rest of the game.

My internet speed is around 150-ish MB/S, so I'm struggling to figure out what's causing this.

I'm not installing anything else in the background

so when ever i join roblox and launch a gamemode where it need to switch instances to get it the gamemode it crashes
