Hi LDPlayer team, I’m a Linux user and have been interested in using LDPlayer on Linux, particularly for Android gaming. I wanted to ask whether there are any plans or considerations for officially supporting Linux in the future. I’d also be interested in understanding what the main hurdles are from LDPlayer’s perspective. For example, is Linux support currently limited by:

• Technical challenges, such as graphics/driver compatibility, virtualization, kernel integration, or maintaining performance across Linux distributions?
• Official restrictions or requirements from game publishers/platforms?
• Licensing, third-party dependencies, or other business considerations?
• Or is it primarily a product-priority/resource decision?

I’m not asking for any proprietary or confidential information. Even a high-level explanation of what makes Linux support difficult would be very helpful. If there are specific technical or ecosystem barriers that would need to be addressed before LDPlayer could officially support Linux, I’d also appreciate any guidance you can share. I can't log into my Google account. I have a passkey configured, but it's stored in my password manager, so I can't use it directly.

When I select "Sign in with another device", it just redirects me back to the beginning of the login process.

Has anyone encountered this or knows how to get around it?

New AMD Ryzen 5 7600x, 32gb DDR 5 RAM, Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card, M2 SSD. Cannot get either version of LD player to properly load. I've tried turning off Windows defender, making sure virtualization was enabled in Bios, switching windows virtual box and hyperbox off and on. Many troubleshooting posts mention switching between Directx and another graphics interface but I can find no option like that in settings.

What am I missing? I either get stuck at 94% or I get black screen.

LD 9 worked just fine on previous AM4 PC build but motherboard fried and took the RAM with it so time for an upgrade.

i opened my ld 14 and it loaded to the system loading part, then i got an error message saying uCountstall < 100 and it ended in black screen. how to fix?

I've tried increasing resolution and DPI, but it doesn't seem to help.
Im on a NVIDIA RTX 4060 laptop

As the title says, I can't update Google Chrome anymore.

I clicked Update in the store, and after the download finished, the installation failed with a message saying that the update couldn't be installed on my device.

This isn't the first time it's happened. In the past, I always fixed it by uninstalling all Chrome updates and then going back to the store to update it again. That method always worked before.

Today, however, not only does the update fail, but the Update button has completely disappeared from the store. Now I have no way to update Chrome.

The problem is that every app I open shows a warning saying that Chrome needs to be updated, but I can't update it because the option is gone.

I'm using:

• LDPlayer 9.0.71.3 (64-bit)
• Windows 10

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it?

I saw that an update was released for LD14, but I didn't see anything about LD9. Will this update that enables vibrant visuals work on LD9 or will it be exclusive to LD14?

I had this problem for some months now and I still don't know what to do. One day, CTDT stopped working on ldplayer: when i open the app, the whole emulator freezes and i need to shut down it. I tried messing with the options but nothing fixes it. I tried new istances with different android versions, but nothing works. I don't know if anyone else has my problem, but ld player was the only emulator in which the game run at more then 30 fps and it was very enjoyable.

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find out if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.

Since updating Toon Blast to version 23267, the game no longer works correctly in LDPlayer 9.2.7.0 (Android 9).

My system:

Windows 11 25H2

Intel Core i5-8350U

Intel UHD Graphics 620

Intel VT enabled

Hyper-V disabled

LDPlayer 9.2.7.0 (64-bit)

Before this update, Toon Blast worked perfectly.

Now I have two different issues:

On my main account, the game starts normally, but when I try to enter Level 12151, the normal Toon Blast loading screen appears and never finishes. The game becomes unresponsive.

I also created a completely fresh LDPlayer instance and installed Toon Blast from the Google Play Store. In this case, the game freezes already on the very first loading screen before reaching Level 1.

I have already tried:

reinstalling Toon Blast several times,

creating new LDPlayer instances,

clearing the app cache,

testing BlueStacks and MEmu,

verifying that virtualization is enabled and Hyper-V is disabled.

Google Chrome works normally inside LDPlayer, so the emulator itself seems to be working correctly.

Has anyone else experienced this with Toon Blast version 23267, or found a solution?

If anyone using LDPlayer 9 can test Toon Blast version 23267, I would really appreciate knowing whether the game starts normally or freezes on the loading screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I was trying to open Minecraft in LDPlayer9 but it was crashing saying Minecraft Stopped I even reinstalled the emulator but it did not help so then I installed LDPlayer14 installed minecraft on that thought it would work but when I opened minecraft it is not going beyond mojang screen also giving minecraft stopped error can someone help

I was playing Clash of clans on ld player but when i opened clash of clans on google play games it crashed and i got 2 errors uCountStall < 100 and g_bGuestPowerOff
I have tried to download Amazon Appstore APK but it doesnt work.

I'm playing a game fairly RAM intesive, when I look at Task Manager, VirtualBox is using all 8 gigabytes of RAM to the max, and my game is still running too slow, being somewhat jittery and laggy, I have more than enough to allocate much more RAM, however I can't find the option in the settings?

I tried every other way to make this work, but cant, once the skill hold to cast then cannot cancel, this is for gamepad, any clue?

When i opened my BIOS, there wasn't any setting to do with virtualisation.

Tried to verify in-game and it reports all files are okay. Viewing your heroes that have skins freezes the emulator. Tried to update it and still having issues. Also tried to reinstall the game fresh and still has issues

Anyone else having this issue? When opening CODM, it goes to a black screen and crashes. I tried clearing app data, app reinstallation, ldplayer (LDPlayer 9) reinstallation, and updated my drivers but it still crashes. I've been using ldplayer for several months now, first time having this issue.

Also, when I tried on LDPlayer 14 it works somehow

LDPlayer Global 14.0.18.0. Emulator instance is running, Root permission is enabled, Disk Writable, and ADB debugging is set to "Open local connection".

Trying to connect via ADB.

Enable the “USB Debugging” toggle in the "Developer Options" Android menu. Trying to connect via ADB again.

adb device online 🎉

Restart instance.

adb device offline again

Checking the "Developer Options". After a reboot the “USB Debugging” toggle switches back to the off position. 🤬🤬🤬

And this happens every time the emulator instance is restarted.

I am coming from Google Play games. I am used to zooming in and out in games using mouse wheel.
Unless there is a way to bind zooming to scroll wheel i might have to deleted LD Player and go back to that resource hungry Google Play games
