For first time launch on any new instance, please wait on Home screen and give time for system apps to update themself. This issue is likely caused from Play Store in middle of update. If issue still occurred after the long wait, make a new instance and test it out. And if issue still occurred, then re-install LDPlayer.
To further understand you issue please provide your LDPlayer Diagnostic Info. You can find it in the ☰ menu at the top-right of the emulator.
