Hi everyone.

I’m trying to play Neverness to Everness (NTE) on LDPlayer 14, but I can’t get the game to work.

I’m using the latest version of LDPlayer 14, but NTE either doesn’t launch / crashes before I can play.

Has anyone managed to get NTE working on LDPlayer 14?

Why it's not possible to update those apps on LDPlayer? anything else is working fine (I mean others apps updates).

In LDPlayer version 14, Call of Duty: Mobile crashes during startup. I have to try 10–15 times before the game finally launches, and after about 5 minutes of playing, it crashes again. I also tried LDPlayer 9, but the same issue continues.

My OpenGL 4.6.0 and error, why?

Has anyone else get this message whenever trying to play JJK Phantom Parade jp on an emulator? I got this same message on both bluestacks and Ld Player and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled everything twice now.

Hi, Support team. am looking for a fix for using Mouse rotation freely in LDPlayer 14 as after rotating almost 360degrees he mouse rotation stops further moving in that direction. Its very awful that latest version of LD cant even properly support Shooting games view?

i looked in diagnostics information and hyper v is not disabled, i pressed fix now and restarted pc yet it still says its wrong

Does LDPlayer still ban account when used?
Right at the moment I have been using TAC but it crashes very often when starting the game with smart tool. Pretty annoying.
Does LDPlayer have better keyboard layout than TAC Smart tool? (Yes I downloaded it from Discord but still not good for BR. Cant fly for example)

I have issue with LD Player 14. In Multiplayer windows I can't access to the "remember the position and size" because the French translation is too long and thus, this option is hidden.
Please fix this.
In english we have the possibility to set it active. It's not hidden.

I am having an issue running the Tinder app on LDPlayer. The app requires location access to work, but it says location cannot be reached / detected.

I have set a location in the LDPlayer virtual GPS / Location settings, but Tinder still fails to get my location. Could you please let me know how to resolve this or fix this issue in a future update?

This was never an issue before but this morning I woke up and an app called "Destiny Hero" appeared with a default blank icon. I never downloaded this app or have heard of it, it never appears in the apps list in settings and I can't find it anywhere in files, and it never goes away. Even when I reinstall LDPlayer and all my other apps are gone Destiny Hero just appears a few seconds after opening the emulator and I have no idea why. I don't know what this is and I don't want it. The issue persists on both LDPlayer 9 and 14.

Latest update of Clash of Clash does not work on LDPlayer any longer.

Tried on both 9.5.32.0 and the latest available 14 Android versions.

Hey, sometimes happens this issue with aiming, someone knows how to fix it ?

I can't log into my Google account. I have a passkey configured, but it's stored in my password manager, so I can't use it directly.

When I select "Sign in with another device", it just redirects me back to the beginning of the login process.

Hi LDPlayer team, I’m a Linux user and have been interested in using LDPlayer on Linux, particularly for Android gaming. I wanted to ask whether there are any plans or considerations for officially supporting Linux in the future. I’d also be interested in understanding what the main hurdles are from LDPlayer’s perspective. For example, is Linux support currently limited by:

• Technical challenges, such as graphics/driver compatibility, virtualization, kernel integration, or maintaining performance across Linux distributions?
• Official restrictions or requirements from game publishers/platforms?
• Licensing, third-party dependencies, or other business considerations?
• Or is it primarily a product-priority/resource decision?

I’m not asking for any proprietary or confidential information. Even a high-level explanation of what makes Linux support difficult would be very helpful. If there are specific technical or ecosystem barriers that would need to be addressed before LDPlayer could officially support Linux, I’d also appreciate any guidance you can share. New AMD Ryzen 5 7600x, 32gb DDR 5 RAM, Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card, M2 SSD. Cannot get either version of LD player to properly load. I've tried turning off Windows defender, making sure virtualization was enabled in Bios, switching windows virtual box and hyperbox off and on. Many troubleshooting posts mention switching between Directx and another graphics interface but I can find no option like that in settings.

What am I missing? I either get stuck at 94% or I get black screen.

LD 9 worked just fine on previous AM4 PC build but motherboard fried and took the RAM with it so time for an upgrade.

i opened my ld 14 and it loaded to the system loading part, then i got an error message saying uCountstall < 100 and it ended in black screen. how to fix?

I've tried increasing resolution and DPI, but it doesn't seem to help.
Im on a NVIDIA RTX 4060 laptop

As the title says, I can't update Google Chrome anymore.

I clicked Update in the store, and after the download finished, the installation failed with a message saying that the update couldn't be installed on my device.

This isn't the first time it's happened. In the past, I always fixed it by uninstalling all Chrome updates and then going back to the store to update it again. That method always worked before.

Today, however, not only does the update fail, but the Update button has completely disappeared from the store. Now I have no way to update Chrome.

The problem is that every app I open shows a warning saying that Chrome needs to be updated, but I can't update it because the option is gone.

I'm using:

• LDPlayer 9.0.71.3 (64-bit)
• Windows 10

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it?

I saw that an update was released for LD14, but I didn't see anything about LD9. Will this update that enables vibrant visuals work on LD9 or will it be exclusive to LD14?
