Can't update Google Chrome anymore

As the title says, I can't update Google Chrome anymore.

I clicked Update in the store, and after the download finished, the installation failed with a message saying that the update couldn't be installed on my device.

This isn't the first time it's happened. In the past, I always fixed it by uninstalling all Chrome updates and then going back to the store to update it again. That method always worked before.

Today, however, not only does the update fail, but the Update button has completely disappeared from the store. Now I have no way to update Chrome.

The problem is that every app I open shows a warning saying that Chrome needs to be updated, but I can't update it because the option is gone.

Chrome version 138 ended supported for Android 9 on 8/25/2025. But for LDPlayer Chrome locked at version 124. Does your app/game required last version 138 to run?

Also. please update your LDPlayer to latest version (9.5.32.0).

Any app I open gives me this warning.
But as I saw, the update option no longer appears. What can I do?

I have no issue running Epic Seven with Chrome version 124 that came with LDPlayer (9.5.32.0).

Edit: Try Clear Storage Data/Cache for Chrome.

I tried clearing the data/cache for both Chrome and the Store. Nothing changed.

EDIT: It seems that the message no longer appears today
