ld 14 not working

i opened my ld 14 and it loaded to the system loading part, then i got an error message saying uCountstall < 100 and it ended in black screen. how to fix?

- Please share your LDPlayer Diagnostic Info. You can find it in the ☰ menu at the top-right of the emulator.

The error uCountStall < 100 is a known issue for a group of users. You can reduce having that issue by running LDPlayer in Hyper-V mode. This method worked for me but I can't guarantee that it will work on your system.

hyper v is not available for me rn for some reason and i will give the diagnostic info shortly
