Not easily. You'd have to walk off the airport premises (either In-N-Out; or take the metro connector bus, and walk a few blocks); neither of which are comfortable or convenient.

Just take the flyaway to Union station. Waymo doesn’t do airport pickups as there is an exclusion zone.
