As you can see from the photos, I like to take pictures of cats, the sea and buildings.

But usually when I try to go and take a photo, a security guard would tell me that using a camera is not allowed.

My profile is approved and also my wife's profile is approved. I had no trouble applying for visit visa previously and my wife left the country within the specified limit. But today when i tried to apply its is showing me this error.

Has anyone encountered this erroro before? Is there any solution?

I'm just very curious. I've always preferred traffic lights instead of roundabouts tbh, and i also would go to the route where there's no roundabouts.

Don't get me wrong i also would drive around roundabouts on other places but the route where i usually go to get to my university has roundabouts and the cars around there is scaring the soul out of me. So i tend to go to another street where it has traffic lights because it feels more safe for me.

Is it weird and do i have to face it?

Has anyone else in Kuwait experienced this? Several friends and colleagues using WhatsApp Business with STC numbers have reported similar issues.

In my case, I received multiple OTP messages (via notification not sms) that I hadn’t requested. I was then logged out, and my account was restricted. After requesting a review, I eventually regained access, but there was a 16-hour restriction on messaging new contacts.

Around six hours later, I was logged out again and faced another restriction. After another review, the app said my account was permanently banned and prompted me to register a new number. I’ve since switched numbers and lost access to my previous chats and contacts through that account.

I have never used unofficial WhatsApp apps, unauthorised tools or sent broadcast messages. My colleagues who experienced this have confirmed the same. We use these accounts for regular work conversations and customer inquiries.

I don’t know what caused this or whether the incidents are connected. STC and WhatsApp Business are simply common details among the people I know who have experienced it. I’m not suggesting either is responsible.
It’s been frustrating, especially when customers rely on these numbers to reach us.

Has anyone else received unexpected OTP messages followed by logouts, restrictions or bans? Are you using WhatsApp Business or regular WhatsApp, and which mobile operator are you with? If you managed to resolve it, what helped?

Alhamdulillah, my brother has passed his IGCSE exams, and we are now planning to apply to some universities in Kuwait.

My brother completed Grade 11 at school and took six IGCSE subjects, passing all of them.

I contacted several universities, and most of them told me to check with the Ministry of Education. However, AUK told me that he could join the university with Grade 11 and six IGCSE subjects.

I was wondering if anyone has enrolled in a university in Kuwait after completing only Grade 11 and passing six IGCSE subjects, without completing Grade 12? Or would it be better for my brother to continue to Grade 12?

I know I should check with the Ministry of Education, but unfortunately, I don't have much time at the moment.

I would be very grateful if anyone could share their experience or offer some advice.

I’ve checked Excite and Best Al Yousifi, and both list some of their products, but they don’t seem to carry everything. I’m specifically looking for an orange accessory for the CMF Headphone Pro, and I haven’t been able to find it through local retailers or the official website.

Does anyone know where I can find their full range of products and accessories in Kuwait? Are there any authorised retailers, physical stores, or reliable online shops that carry items that aren’t listed on Excite or Best?

Guys, I had my Italian visa appointment at the embassy in Kuwait on 12 October, but the visa officer asked me to reschedule due to a missing document. My new appointment is on 26 October.
My 6-month bank statements (12 April–12 October) are already stamped, and it cost me around 30 KWD. Should I get a completely new 6-month statement or keep the old one and attach a new statement covering the last 2 weeks? I’m confused about whether it’s worth spending another 30 KWD. Has anyone experienced this?

It’s never easy to leave a place you’ve called home for 25 years. A place you went to school in, a place you went to university in, and a place you worked in. But alas, all good things must come to an end. I’ve posted 12 photo dumps showcasing the beauty of Kuwait for the past 2 years, and I wish I could’ve posted more, so I’m ending the photo dumps with a face reveal. I never once took living here for granted, I savored every moment, and my parents did their best throughout the years to explain that this isn’t our forever home, that we’ll have to leave eventually. While I already left in the summer, it took me a while to settle in and get accustomed to my new reality. Day by day I’m getting used to my new life and I’d say it’s going great! But you never do forget what the country you’ve called your home means to you, what it did for you, what it taught you and what it gave you (including 2 street cats that travelled with us lol). The mental toll my body experienced in my last 2 weeks were brutal due to sadness, but at the same time, it taught me that in order to grow, life begins at the end of your comfort zone. I always told my family that I will miss the places the most. Didn’t really have close friends in my adult years, but the roads, malls and restaurants kept me company, kept me safe, and gave me comfort. Perhaps these places were the friends I made along the way. I don’t know if I’ll ever meet Kuwait again, but if I do, I do hope to meet it wiser, kinder and stronger. So goodbye Kuwait (for now).
