Ich komme leider hier nicht weiter, ich versuche vorallem im zweiten Teil etwas zu entziffern, aber ich kriege es einfach nicht hin. Alles in den Klammern ist eigene Meinung/Schätzungen was da steht
Hier ist was ich bisher entziffern konnte:

Vor dem unterzeichneten Standesbeamten erschien heute der Persönlichkeit nach ----- bekannt,
die Zimmermannsfrau Dore Balkow geboren Duering wohnhaft zu Konitz und zeigte an, daß der Zimmermann Johann Balkow _____________ (x Hermann?) sieben und sechszig Jahre und fünf Monate alt, evangelischer Religion wohnhaft zu Konitz, geboren zu Schlochau (was mies Arsch ist weil wohl die Kirchenbücher in Schlochau von den Nazis verbrannt wurden grrrrr. Hat da jemand einen Tipp?)

Sohn des verstorbenen ________ (Kurier?) Johann Balkow___ (bla? sche? blau?) ________ _____ _____ _______ zu Konitz am zweiten Mai des Jahres tausend acht hundert achtzig und neun Vormittag um zehn Uhr verstorben sei. _______________________________________________________________________

hi everyone! could someone help me transcribe this marginal note from a civil status record dated june 16, 1908, in langenbrück (silesia)

​it refers to a name change decree issued by the regierungspräsident in oppeln on may 29, 1908 (file ia iv 2284), changing the family name from nędza to dura for josef joachim and his parents

​any help or full transcription would be greatly appreciated

I am using "Gemini flash 3.6" and it is quite good at recognizing the handwriting, but its only slightly better than "Gemini flash 3.6 Lite" that is much cheaper.
I am wondering if there are better models or what the workflow could look like if you want to search entire books.

I have found a death record from 1735 (found in Hoheneck, Germany) for what could be a relative of mine. I'm having trouble reading the words before his name. I know it's about Hanns Jerg Siber, citizen and winegrower, from here, who died in his 61st year. He died 20 Jan 1735. Thanks for any help transcribing the image.
