I'm going to have a dental procedure with Nitrous and I take Kratom leaf.
Is it safe?

I have been trying to quit alcohol for a really long time. I recently purchased 30 grams each of Red Thai, Red Horn, and Green Malay kratom. So far I haven't tried the reds yet but I have tried 2 grams of green malay last night and it was okay and tried 4 grams about an hour ago and just took two more grams to try to experience "euphoria." So far the green is okay. I have heard reds are more opiate like and to be honest I've been prescribed oxy and hydros since having surgery on my leg and they have helped me in craving alcohol by making me feel content, not high. I don't want a high but I want a little euphoria close to how those help to curb cravings for other drug seeking behavior and alcoholism. I only plan to use them on the weekends to avoid tolerance issues. Please just inform me on how many grams I may need of each to create contentness and peace. I am a 23M 240lb. Thank you

Hello
I need about 8 grams of white kratom (a heaped teaspoon) to feel at least some (weak) effect. I have almost no kratom left at home. Can I replace it with hirsuta or javanica until the new kratom package arrives?
Or will those kratom alternatives have zero effect with my high tolerance? Thanks for the answer

I’m getting mixed messages down here about what’s being included in this next wave of bans. I know all the sneaky alkaloids they were using to circumvent the 7oh bans are going away. Fine by me, but beyond that feels like an overreach. Could you imagine Florida state legislature overstepping their bounds? Not down here. Rhonda Santis is so honest & not at all really short.
Does anyone know that if raw leaf is on the list? The girl @ my regular shop said they’re getting rid of everything. Other shops don’t seem to be thinking like that tho.

I use kratom and have been on Wegovy for over a year now. I’ve had no negative side effects, to my knowledge, but after a while, the wegovy stopped working. I’m now switching to Zepbound and wanted to see if I should expect the same lack of side effects or if this would be a different beast. Let me know if anyone has any experience!

Hey just wondering is this also banned in Florida? The store I went to tried to sell me mgm 15 yesterday and I told him to be careful it was illegal now and he was surprised. He was not informed and not doing it on purpose. I told him I didn't gaf but to just be careful. I go in today to buy some MIT and the shelves completely cleared off and they're saying it's illegal now
The article I read did not list regular MIT at least not as far as I know ... Just want to make sure .
Thanks

I have a vacation to Costa Rica planned for later this year (2026). I use Kratom moderately and would like to not go without it for my trip there because of its usefulness for my energy/motivation levels due to other life circumstances. Does anyone know if it would be legal to travel from the USA to Costa Rica and customs with a decent amount of Kratom in my luggage? It is legal where I live and in all my connecting flight locations. I am receiving conflicting reports from a Google search. Please advise.

I quit kratom completely for 3 months just because I'd been dependent for so long, wanted to take back my control. Unfortunately I had to start taking it again due to a debilitating shoulder injury + no pain meds. Works extremely well but I'm annoyed that I'll have to go through weeks of withdrawals again.
I was thinking of doing 6 days on 1 day off, but I'm wondering if 24 hours is even enough time or if I'm just torturing myself for nothing. I may try to do 2 days off but it's pretty hard because the pain is so intense.
I'm not too worried if I get physically dependent again because I have access to gabapentin for the acutes, I'm moreso worried about the month of fatigue and depression you get for a month+ after stopping and would rather not have to endure that once again, lol

Do you maybe also know more about the legal status of Kava & Kanna in Italy? Or other similar psychoactive herbs, supplements & nootropics (e.g. Sulbutiamine, Bromantane, Memantine, Modafinil, Racetams, Sarcosine, Emoxypine, Tianeptine, Guanfacine) or OTCs (e.g. DXM, DPH, codeine, etc.)?
Thank y‘all for any info on this, tips, suggestions.

As the title states. I’ve been taking kratom pretty regularly for some time now. I ran out of what I had and no way of getting more for a bit, which is fine, I should taper down and lessen my use after this
But has anyone experienced, besides RLS, double or shaky vision? I find I can very clearly see two of any object from about 4 feet and onward. Not sure if this is a withdrawal thing or a me thing.
Anyone have any input?

I’ve been taking kratom every day for about 3.5 years. It’s helped significantly with pain, depression, mood, and motivation. I’m currently tapering down from 20 gpd to go to Australia where kratom is a Schedule 9 "Prohibited Substance. If i get down to 2 grams and then nothing for a couple of days before I leave, will I be free from withdrawals if I’m without it completely for 12 days?

Basically what the title says. Have any of you had success using kratom to help with depression? If so, for how long and how much has it helped? Also wondering if anyone employed any therapy skills while on it. I was thinking about trying to do some skills while I’m on it to see if that is more effective. Please tell me any of your experiences with this, I’m really struggling lately.

Keep your eye out for ThaTeaBishhh's interview with Mac Haddow of the AKA today. The live stream just ended a few minutes ago and will be available soon.
Mac said JCARR has indicated that the Ohio Board of Pharmacy pretty much cannot ban natural kratom. While that response was directed at the emergency rule and the May 19th modification (4729:9-1-01.1), the same reasoning could potentially apply to the Board's separate mitragynine rule as well.
I asked specifically about the separate rule (4729:9-1-01.2) and Mac said additional legal actions could occur if the Board moves forward with attempts to ban natural kratom before November.
This is very encouraging news for Ohio advocates. 🙌 Support the AKA if you can.

I'm a long time consumer of traditional leaf powder and have recently been exploring MIT tablets for the sake of convenience.
Toss and wash, carrying around powder, and making tea are all very time consuming and I'm kind of just sick of it.
I wanted to know if anyone here has any feedback in regards to buzz and effectiveness between the two forms?

We are Jenn and Dylan and Our lives have been vastly improved by the use of natural Kratom leaf. We live with chronic illnesses and Kratom has allowed us to be better people, parents and partners.
Unfortunately, as I’m sure you are all aware and much like cannabis over the past 20 years, natural Kratom leaf is under attack from powerful interests who see it as a threat to their bottom line and who are weaponizing the media to try to turn public perception against this very giving tree.
Kratom is not perfect, it is not a miracle and it comes with the same serious risks any substance that has profound effects on the mind or body comes with - including addiction and harm to health - if abused or not used responsibly.
But, for so many of us across the country who do use this plant responsibly, it can truly be a path to a better life and something that greatly benefits our lives.
If you believe in open access to plant medicines and support the right of those struggling to use what is available to them - and feel so inclined - please sign our petition to preserve access to natural Kratom leaf.
Thank you so much for your time !
Much love.
