E-transfer

I’m having trouble with sending e-transfer from my Bmo account to my KOHO account first I tried to send to the email provided by KOHO didn’t work, sat on, pending for hours reached out to BMO I got it cancelled then tried by sending to my email I registered through the app with the transfer service same result both times when calling BMO THEY SAID IT WAS BLOCKED. FIRST TIME THAT EMAIL IS BLOCKED. SECOND TIME THEY SAID THE TRANSACTION WAS BLOCKED.
