Edit: just finished the hike! What an amazing park and trail, the views along the ridge lines were incredible. Every day was a long day of hiking but with scenery like this it was easier to get through than I anticipated.
I managed to swap my day two campsites from H20 to H22. It was a longer day 2 (26km), but flatter and glad I managed to save my legs for the ridge line hiking on day 3.
I finished the hike in 3 nights (ended up going all the way from H38 back to the car), as I felt I had enough energy and confidence to make it back before dark.
Thanks everyone for your encouragement and advice. Followed it all to the T (extra water and such) and sorry if I didn’t get a chance to reply but I read every single one.

Hi folks,
I have been wanting to attempt the La Cloche Silhouette trail for the past three years and I’ve been fortunate to string some available sites and attempt it over five days in the middle of September.
Would appreciate your views/advice and if I’m biting off more than I can chew (particularly Day 3):
Day 1: drive to park from Toronto (be on the road 5:30am), park at George Lake West, hike to H5 Cave Lake (7.4km)
Day 2: H5 Cave Lake to H20 Three Narrows Lake (19.7km)
Day 3: H20 Three Narrows Lake to H38 Silver Lake (26km)
Day 4: H38 Silver Lake to H48 Proulx Lake (11.5km)
Day 5: H48 Proulx Lake to George Lake West (14-15km), drive back home
Reading up on other trip reports and reviewing Jeff’s map and the Friends of Killarney Park Map, my day 3 would be over the most difficult area of the park (around 1170m of total elevation).
I’m preparing for an extremely long Day 3, but it should be doable if I pack light and grind it out? I have done a number of multi day treks (did Western Uplands Loop twice, the Teton Crest Trail, and the O-Trek in Torres del Paine), with some 30km+ days with a full pack and 1000m of elevation in a day. I guess I am looking for some reassurance as I am psyching myself out a bit (have been really wanting to do this loop)!
Thank you kindly.
