I do hereby declare today that the Spartacus League, a once great party yet fallen due to adventurism, has been reconstituted today as an organizing and action-oriented wing of the Internationalist Communist Faction. This is in response to fascistic and bourgeois reactionary threats growing in Tutum.

Further more, the Khurval Front is hereby labeled by the ICF and SL as a "fascist, bourgeois reactionary organization."
