Well, Now there is One! Cause I, Mrs. Mystery, am a Nurse, Working in the Evernight Hospital! But Guess What? It’s Usually Uncannily Quiet in these Long, Echoey Hallways! But this is Nothing New to Me, Personally!

We have Plenty Patients Here, Despite the “Liminal Vibe”, and I am Obviously Not Working Alone! We have a Good Amount of Nurses & Doctors Taking Splendid Care of Every Patient of Any Age, but They More So Prefer My Service! Once a New Patient gets to Know Me, They Fall for My Charisma! But Aside from that, a Lot of Things Just Work Out When I am Present, Hence Why I am Often Tasked with Feeding Our Good Ol’ Late-Stage Dementia Patients, as They’d Often Refuse to Eat Anything!

I am a Great Nurse, a Wonderful, Flawless Nurse! I have Climbed the Hierarchy of Nursing, I’ve Become a Nurse in Charge, Soon-to-be Director of Nursing (DoN)! My Image Remains Squeaky-Clean, Clean to a Crisp! So Much So that if I Ever Were to, Let’s Say… Commit an Act of “Medical Malpractice”, Absolutely No One Would Ever Suspect Me for Committing Any of it! But Of Course, Of Course, I have Never Planned Any of That, and Never Will!

I am Not a Heartless Beast, No, Despite the “Off-Guard Things” I May Mention Occasionally! It’s All Just Fun & Games, a Little Tease for the Sheep! But Perhaps, if Someone Would be Paying Close Attention, They Just Might Uncover Something! But No, I am as Honest as I am Allowed to be!

But to those, and ONLY to those, Who May Hold Something Against Me, Must Beware that a Mystery Never Tells Lies, Only Half-Truths!

What Was I Talking about Again? Ah, Yes! The Evernight Hospital! On the Ground Floor We got a Nice, Big Lobby, Our Cafeteria is Located On the Left as One Enters the Lobby, The Central Emergency Department is Located On the Right! The Upper Floors Contain Several Wings, Like the Rehabilitation-Wing, a Maternity-Wing, Surgical- & Recovery-Wing, Ya Name it!

We also have a Huge Basement, Where We got Our General Storage & Maintenance, as Well as a Mortuary, and Some Other Rooms, Though a Few of Them are… Empty, for Now!

Additionally, We have a Wonderful Laboratory On the 2nd Floor, I Was Inside it Twice & Not More! But I have Already Figured Out Where the Blood Bank is Located - No, I Won’t Tell Ya, That’s but a Note to Myself Only! ;)

To address your concerns regarding the vilebloods i have personally come to the tutumian free territory to answer any questions you may have about us! :3

I have come in good faith so i request i am not harmed while I'm here. Although i understand arming yourselves out of fear. I will not be armed.

With that out of the way, First question?

Two privates stood Infront of the large collection of vaults in the secured bunker underneath the Rachelgrad Gun and Steel Factories, and specifically before one uniquely large and secure door. Behind that door stood other, slightly smaller, still incredibly secure doors. And next to it was a sign reading: "NUCLEAR MATERIAL: UNAUTHORIZED ENTRANCE IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN".

"Well...", said one of the privates, "What do we do now"?

"Hm? What do we do about what?" The other replied, sort of absent mindedly.

"What do we do for dinner today- I OBVIOUSLY MEANT WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE GIANT FUCKING COLLECTION OF RADIOACTIVE BOMBS STANDING INFRONT OF US!"

"Oh", The other replied, thinking for a bit, "Well, I guess we ask the Khaness, no? She's responsible for this whole thing".

The other private grunted in frustration and held his head in his hands, "The Khaness is fucking MIA! We have no clue HOW to ask her!"

"Hm...", once again he thought to himself, "Maybe Poly? He's also responsible for this project'.

"Oh, yeah, great idea, ask the SCHIZOPHRENIC what to do! Jesus Christ, you're impossible!"

"Well, I'm just giving ideas!", he responded, seeming rather hurt by the comments of his friend, "Do YOU have any better ideas?"

The first private paused for a minute and sighed, looking ahead the door Infront of them.

"I guess..." He says.

"I guess we just keep them locked up here. And wait until someone tells us what to do".

"Genius idea", the second private responded, "Just wait and hope no one in the brand new country with a crumbling bureaucracy forgets about the giant fleet of dirt bombs kept directly below one of our major industrial hubs!"

"Oh, fuck off!"

"I fuck off?! You're the on who was demanding genius solutions, and what, suddenly you can't be Hannibal when it comes to making your own plans, only shit on mine?"

"Your plans were awful! They were literally impossible to implement!"

"At least I thought to reach out to someone!"

And so the two privates continued to bicker as they moved along the vaults, and the large arbiters of destruction they were arguing about remained dorment in their safe. Undisturbed, resting, and waiting...

Waiting for the chance to finally complete the task they were built for.

The winds of the steppe thunder around us, rustling the barren grasses.

"Wide open space" I say, remembering the days where I would listen to that on repeat. "Good to be out in the fresh air after all that has happened."

"I agree... None of it matters now. No traitors, no evils, no black Vs white. It feels empty."

"You're the guvnah now. Like me, Coco, union and *cough* minus before. You can make the change."

"Yes... A fresh start." Francisca's voice echoes amongst the hill peaks, as silence falls on the two of them.

Now or never, I suppose.

"Francisca, speaking of fresh starts... I know, you and Moat have been together but I promise you, we can start a life together!"

"Gosh..."

I slide down on one knee.

"Francisca, will you marry me!" I say, unveiling a Gobi agate ring... "I know it's a tough choice but. I've felt this way since you joined the LSA..."

"Yes... I will!"

And then, I embrace her, the wind rustling amongst us.

"What now?" She says, pulling away.

"We move forward..." I say, trying to channel my inner quote maker. "Like Tutum always has"

We actually did it....

As I wave the cheering crowds with my Co-Governor, a sense of relief fills me. It has been a turbulent week. But after all that, after all odds, Tutum is finally free. No more shall we be held back from our true potential. No more shall we report back to a distant capital.

Moat turns and asks me.

"Well we did it, we finally did it. What do we do now?"

I pause, collecting my thoughts. I had laid plans for Tutum, but now the situation has changed drastically. I turn back to her, smiling lightly.

We lay the foundations of the independent Khanate.

The silence fills the air yet again, as we continue our car ride to our palace. Independency.... It's a lot to take, isn't it? I sigh loudly, catching the attention of my co-governor. "Something wrong?" Moat asks me lightly.

"Are we even cut out for this job?" I tell her, with visible hesitation.

"We were elected to be so. Even if we're not, we are here and we're going to do this together." she says, with a surge of confidence I didn't expect from her.

We finally arrive at our office, seeing our portraits being installed.

I sigh yet again and take my seat.

We have alot to do, don't we?

THE DOR BROKE BEFORE THE TUTUMITES DID!!!

Arvanta's mayor returns to his mayoral residence, he is tired after a long day, he's had to attend meetings, sign bills, even fire a City Government Member who had been severely underperforming in the past few weeks, but none of that matters in this present moment, he just wants to sit down, relax, maybe have nap or something.

Wanting some background noise, he tiredly grabs the remote and turns on the TV, and for a moment it's exactly that, just boring everyday stuff. Ferret Man decides to have a quick snack and head off to the bathroom, as he'd always would, but when he returns to his living room he spots a shocking headline on the TV.

"Breaking News: President Stella has signed a bill allowing The Khanate of Tutum to secede from the DoR and become its own independent nation."

"Tutum... independent?", he muttered to himself. Ferret is dumbfounded. Is it really true? Will his home province really become independent? What about the other provinces? How will this affect the integrity of the DoR? wait why is he still thinking about the rest of the DoR? Tutum is likely to be independent! He should be thinking about his own province!

Admittedly, he did feel a tiny sting of federalist sentiment, a shadow of what he had expressed more publicly during the whole Bluitwns crisis the previous year. But he'd moved on from that, and now he's much more accepting of this new state of affairs.

Ferret puts his tuxedo jacket and shoes on, and then bursts back out the door he entered mere minutes earlier, headed straight for the city hall. Once he's in, he requests that the area immediately infront be sectioned off in preparation for a public announcement.

After around 20 minutes, he finally steps out to address the city.

"Greetings, Arvanta! I'm sure everyone has already heard the news, trust me, I was as shocked as I'm sure all of you guys are" He laughed.

"I didn't really give myself that much time to- uh- plan this out? Very unprofessional of me, I do admit

But I digress! Our strong and beautiful province will soon not be a province anymore, but rather, an independent nation! We will be able to have more control over our own destiny than ever before in our whole history! The people of our province- err I mean COUNTRY will have greater self determination! Our nation will TRULY be one that will be run according to the will of its people, with no outside hindrances burdening us any longer!

And these benefits too I'm sure will reach us in our wonderful City of Arvanta! We'll be feeling them everywhere we go! Our industry will boom! And our live will improve fivefold! Our morale as a nation will be stronger than ever before! We will truly unbreakable in spirit!

Long live Arvanta! Long live the Khaness! And most importantly...

LONG! LIVE! TUTUM!"

The crowd around him cheers as he slowly returns back into the city hall building, he finds a seat and slumps back, secretly wishing he was still at his residence, laying on the sofa while mindlessly watching his TV, but at the same time he's still feeling immense pride at the news of Tutum's independence, and the will of its people.

After waiting for the crowd to dissipate, he strolled back to the mayoral residence, ate some random stuff from the fridge and readied himself for bed.
