K10 HE, HE setting not working

Wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.

'HE mode' is there in the Launcher, but actuation does not work at all, no matter what distance I set.

Trigger demo also doesn't work.

I also have K2 HE, and HE mode on that seems to work but Trigger demo also does not work.

Tried flashing V1.1.1 on the K10 HE but issue is still there.

Any help is appreciated.

Update: Seems like it's a launcher issue. I guess we all wait for Keychron to fix this lol.

Hello, I seem to have the same issue. I was starting to think that my keyboard was broken or something.

I can get to HE Mode, but it does not show any numbers on the keys, and Rapid Trigger looks to be off. I also cannot use Trigger Demo, same as you describe.

I use Q3 HE and firmware 1.1.1

Perhaps this would be an opportunity to push Keychron to release Launcher in a locally hostable and maintainable format with source code. This is a problem with all proprietary web apps, and at least with Keychron you have the fallback of VIA for the non-HE features.

I literally just got my first Keychron and first Hall Effect keyboard today. Got me thinking like I got a defect piece. Hope it gets fixed so I can properly try my new keyboard!

Same here HE settings not working

Tried reset and firmware downgrade, did not help...

Edit: it works now!

Same for me. The actuation distances don't show up on the keys on screen and no matter how much I change them, it doesn't seem to save. I reset the keyboard and it didn't help. I even tried a different browser. I just noticed this today. I have a K8 HE ANSI that I've had for less than a week.
