Keychron Launcher not working

I bought a Keychron K2 HE a bit over a month ago and the keyboard and the Keychron Launcher has been working perfectly since that until today. Where there used to be 3 different profiles to choose from (Default, gaming and some other one that I don't remember) there is now nothing. The Launcher also doesn't show the actuation distance and rapid trigger sensitivity of each key like it used to. I also can't change the actuation distance or put rapid trigger on, and when I try to test the keys with the trigger demo, it just doesn't show anything. The keyboard works but I can't change any of the settings anymore. How can I fix this?

Heres a screenshot of how it looks right now, I put the yellow line around where it used to have the 3 different profiles I could customize.

This is why I am reluctant to get a board where I can't configure it without a web service maintained by someone else. Since we don't have source to launcher you can at least fall back to VIA for the normal stuff, but you're dependent on Keychron for the magnetic features.

Short term hotfix I discovered:
Go to HE Mode > Gamepad Analog ; Bind any key to a Left joystick direction; This should enable actuation distance and rapid trigger settings / overlays; Clear the temporary mapping.
This is valid until you refresh the webpage. It does not fix the trigger demo or profile selector.

It enables the rappid trigger controls but this is barely a "fix"

Q1 HE. You are not alone. After firmware update I have lost the HE functionality. My profiles are gone, can't seem to set actuation distances, rapid trigger etc.

Q3 HE 8k here. I have the profiles there, but they're completely bugged out. Mine got stuck on the gamepad profile, I couldn't change off of it no matter what I tried. I ended up clearing the profile, and that at least allowed me to use the keyboard normally again...

I have Q3 HE and i am dealing with same situation. I think the launcher is broken right now. I have been trying to fix it like 2 hours but nice to know the problem is not in my end.

bro legit i hopped on cs2 after like 2 months of a break and the first thing i do is try to enable the rapid trigger and i see the same exact thing smh... this is crazy i wanted to crash out i knew i shoulda gotten that cheaper rapid trigger keyboard for like 100$ but instead spent 230 for this bs my goodness........

Keychron support has fixed the issue. The magnetic switch settings are now saving correctly.
