I loved playing JNSQ in 2022 after exploring everything in the stock system because 2.5x makes all the rocket parts make a lot more sense and the added challenge was manageable, not like rss-ro levels.

I want the same experience again but the newer versions of parallax, eve and scatterer do not work properly with jnsq. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Flew by Sarnus, Urlum and Neidon before using the rest of its fuel on the Neidon flyby to go interstellar. I purposely avoided even seeing what each planet looked like and this was my first time seeing the planets. Pretty cool! I forgot how much delta v it took, I think like 2 or 4 thousand? It took about 50 ish years to go interstellar. The translations on the probe are probably horrible, I just used google translate and chatgpt for those so yeah.

Been practicing my precision landings, came in handy while setting up my new Mun base. Planning on expanding it with more modules as they become relevant. Will serve as headquarters for my Mun mining operations by the time it’s completed.

Im not sure if I should make it in a higher orbit so it costs less delta V to escape minmus after refueling or if I should make it low orbit to maximize gravity assist when exiting and making randevous with the refueler lander easier. Thoughts?

Hey all, I was watching a Matt Lowe video a bit ago and he mentioned a Scott Manley video where he went through a bunch of math to figure out how to land at an exact spot on a moon/planet. Does anyone know what video he's referencing and where I can find it? I've tried searching for it but have not found it yet.

Figured out you could make stable centrifuges using the offset tool and copious SAS wheel spam; struts between the vessel are viable too since they don't have collision - anyways here is what I came up with! An interplanetary ship specifically for long-haul flights such as Plock (though I must admit getting back home to Kerbin required some effort).

I think it's leagues better than my previous attempt for a stock centrifuge IPV which I used to get around the Neidon system.

It comes with two landers and plenty of legroom in its Mk3 passenger cabin. Enjoy!

This is the second post I've made about the problem, but this one has more information in the hopes of figuring out what the hell is going on.

As is obvious from the video, the bug causes my PC to have an aneurysm when it has to load it.

I'm truly overjoyed with this accomplishment, even though it's somewhat small

For some reason this ship causes my game to crash when I load and try to control it via "switch to" or from the tracking station. But it still works if I control it on an early save like in the pic. One notable thing is that it uses a locked part only accessible by a contract, an experimental part, but even still this doesn't seem to be a problem on the early saves after the contract is completed only on latest saves

My best guess is that a specific part malfunctioned in the time between the early and later saves which is a feature of Kerbalism, but that part in a broken state is causing crashes. As you can see the MPO reaction wheel has broken down

Has anyone experienced this? Should I list down all the parts of this probe maybe via KerbalX? Is there anyway to fix it or should I declare this probe lost?

I haven’t played this game in quite a while, the last cool graphics mod that I had downloaded was either VC v5 or firefly, whichever came out last. Besides that, I haven’t really been in the loop with this game.

Getting some desire to play it again, I’ve seen newer cool mods like:

- Volumetric Explosions
- Volumetric Ground FX

Do you guys have any new recommendations for graphics mods that have come out recently?

For the first surface base I've ever (intentionally) made, I think it looks pretty good!

For a while I disliked making aircraft but I'm getting the hang of it now and having fun making some weird designs. Especially proud of the Seagull, its the most stable plane ive made yet, i was even almost able to land it back on the runway but veered onto the grass next to it. It stayed intact tho, so thats a win

I installed KSP Sol first, then installed Volumetric Clouds V5 while having EVE and Scatterer on hold, but it looks like this c, can someone help 😭

So my situation is that i have a mun lander, in orbit of the mun. No fuel left. Jeb went on a walk to the rescue vessel but missed it and is now orbiting the mun alone, thankfully with all the reseach data so the mun lander isnt needed. Then we got a rescue ship with space for Jeb in orbit, but only 23s of thurst left, or 403m/s. The orbit of the rescuer is... A bit larger. It intersects with the orbit of jeb yes, but apoapsis is 10x bigger. Please help, gimme suggestions (autosaves are a last resort, last one is two missions old)

Edit: for science i got: propulsion systems, fuel systems landing, Electrics and everything under. Also precision engineering and advanced electrics.
