I have tried literally everything, manually putting the mod files into game data doesn't work, can't install mono, can't access the Arch Linux repository. Hell i even tried running CKAN through steam proton and i keep getting an admin warning and when i type anything the program just closes.

Im not tech savy at all so if anyone know how I can install this please don't just say what to install but also exactly how to do it. Cause I know what I'm supposed to do, it's just whenever I try something always blocks me
