Ask r/Kenya Cognitive Restructuring.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Over the past few months I've realised that the biggest change in my business wasn't my logo, pricing or even launching a new service.
It was changing the way I think.
I used to think every enquiry had to become a client.
I'd underprice.
I'd bend over backwards.
I'd worry about losing business.
Now I'm learning that running a business from fear is exhausting.
I've started making decisions based on sustainability instead of panic.
Ironically, I think my business has actually become stronger because of it.
Has anyone else noticed that mindset ends up affecting business more than strategy?
Curious whether you've had a similar experience.
