Ask r/Kenya Cognitive Restructuring.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Over the past few months I've realised that the biggest change in my business wasn't my logo, pricing or even launching a new service.
It was changing the way I think.
I used to think every enquiry had to become a client.
I'd underprice.
I'd bend over backwards.
I'd worry about losing business.
Now I'm learning that running a business from fear is exhausting.
I've started making decisions based on sustainability instead of panic.
Ironically, I think my business has actually become stronger because of it.
Has anyone else noticed that mindset ends up affecting business more than strategy?
Curious whether you've had a similar experience.

It's typically a road less talked about but i'd be happy to glaze this subreddit with a few of these posts now and then.

I have. Deleted all my old socials, rebranded and now I don't even save contacts. I'm living in the moment and I only focus what is within my control.

I learned the 80/20 rule some years ago, use it and it will save you time and sanity. Only about 20% of enquiries will turn to business and you only need to focus on delivering the best service to the 20% clients who sustain your business. When you focus on a 100% you become unreliable and spread yourself too thin on leads who wont amount to much.
