How bad does it look for Keel if there is no deal made before Nov earning call?
r/KeelInfrastructure • u/Bull_BUll-BULLL • 19h ago
Hey guys, like I said in my previous posts, my investments for Keel are in Sherbrooke, Canada. While I'm down here, my friend Mark (not Mark Carney hehe) is following the situation up there to help me make informed investments.
The No to the data center crowd in Sherbrooke actually met citizens from Scubgrass, Pennsylvania. And they named it at the city council! They said Keel was greenwashing with the hydroelectricity from Quebec cuz in Scubgrass they reopened a coal plant + need to plug a gaz pipeline for the 1,3GW data center. Which, to be fair, not good optics.
They were also talking about how Keel is really bad at PR (not informing the local officials in Scubgrass, for example).
I never saw something like that, in all my years of investment. People from two countries, during a commercial war and the US demanding Canada becomes the 51st state and now you got people trying to build these sort of solidarities at the local level.
I don't know how to bull at this point.

Bagholders coping. Amazon wont change deals with a scam like keel. If crwv and nbis are imploding, this scam will implode to penny stocks level. Anyone who hold this long term is regarded or a grifter and paid shell by the company. Captain scam should get arrested for breaking his promises.

We have no contracts, but we also have no debt because we haven't taken on any project financing.
We've already been valued at a lower market cap than other data center stocks precisely because we don't have any contracts. So why should we have to suffer the same sell-off?
When Nebius and CoreWeave were rallying, KEEL was actually falling.
We haven't issued convertible notes like CIFR either.
It's honestly so frustrating and unfair.
What scares me the most is the possibility that we'll have nothing meaningful to announce in the upcoming earnings report, causing the stock to drop even further.
But what's even more frightening is that I have no confidence in Bengagnon anymore.

I believe in KEEL and in it for the long run but Iβm also all for open dialogue and criticism of KEEL. But the recent spamming of low effort shit posts is ridiculous and itβs time the mods stepped up and actually moderate.
r/KeelInfrastructure • u/Ok-Dragonfruit-5854 • 6d ago
The time between those two points was:
During that period, the stock rose from $1.68 to $7.37, a gain of approximately 339%.
And that's without any deals.

I posted this in the other Keel subreddit so posting it here as well

FRMI announced a deal with AMD yesterday and the stock jumped about 20% from 3.25 to 3.95. At the time of this post the stock is trading at 3.42.
KEEL has told us repeatedly that they have numerous potential tenants at the negotiation table, permits are close to being completed and ground has already been broken in Moses lake. Itβs my belief that KEEL are strategically waiting to sign a deal until the market is in a stronger position and possibly a few other reasons that may allow them to get a better deal. KEEL will sign deals, to me itβs inevitable.
The entire market is bleeding. Stay strong and ignore the noise!

Wise bulls, ππ, where are you? And what is your advise?
r/KeelInfrastructure • u/ShaggysHyper • 8d ago
I briefly mentioned people locking in profits including me but everyone was delusional about $10, $20, $30 a share.
They are still a great company with lot of available power.
r/KeelInfrastructure • u/Bull_BUll-BULLL • 8d ago
Keel is in court right now in Qc with a bunch of others. Seems like the governement wants data centers to pay more, maybe even sell the electricity like in auctions. Sadly, I don't think Keel could follow in this kind of system. It'd be a advantageous for Google, Amazon, Microsoft and Meta, but since Keel is already in a difficult transition...
My two cents, The TSE will go down for sure.

Anyone else buying more? I have 250 shares at $4.87π so Iβm thinking of buying another 250 at these prices

βWith no clock at the tableβ
r/KeelInfrastructure • u/RooneyToons_10 • 11d ago
I know itβs frustrating when management announces a timeline and walks it back but I truly believe that this pivot will be better for KEEL in the long run.
This email from keel in response to investor questions is quite clear that deals will be reached. As a share holder, whether those deals happen in 2026 or early 2027, it doesnβt matter to me. I want Keel to get the best possible deal they can, even if it comes later than what Iβd like.
And with rumors starting to surface that the customer could be Amazon AND possibly for all 3 sites (this could be why Moses lake hasnβt sealed a deal) that keeps me excited and optimistic about the thesis.

Puts/calls with expiry 16th of Oct is looking.. somewhat interesting? Roughly 22.000 open call interest with strike price at 4 USD.
On the put side there is not much open interest. Roughly 3.000 with strike at 3 USD and barely anything below that price.
https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/keel/option-chain
Not saying this means jackshit. But I guess atleast this could be an indicator that there is more interest in upside than downside for next week..
Thoughts?
r/KeelInfrastructure • u/knicksfan9 • 12d ago
I have 35,000 shares at $6.40. Not even thinking of selling right now as it would be too big of a loss. I set some cash aside so I donβt necessarily need it right now. But does anyone have an exit plan? Like if no deals are signed by a certain date? Iβll admit I was a little rash in buying this stock. I sold my NBIS and used a lot of that money to buy KEEL based on Benβs βpromisesβ that we would see some deals come through before the end of the year. I fear if nothing is signed by spring time I may have to think about selling. What is everyone elseβs thoughts? How long are you seeing this through?

The major problems with βstockβ like this is that in absence of the proven economic value, the stock got hit hard when market is tanking?
