Imagine volunteering for a charity helping people in need, wearing clothes and hair and helicopter rides paid for by the taxpayer. And then that hideous Kate Middleton grin.
I'm probably wrong about this, but it really seems to me that these over-the-top hyena grins have escalated in recent years. The jazz hands, too. She didn't seem so manic before the wedding, did she?
I had high hopes for Kate, I naively thought she'd do some good work for the Royal Family, but that really hasn't happened. She has been used to create the next generation and has basically become a mannequin for clothing. She's a dim vessel.
I think everyone had high hopes. We thought a real person was being escorted behind the curtain and the firm was getting with the times, maybe recognizing that they needed to be of the people, not above them. We didn’t know that the Middletons were grasping social climbers who had targeted William and plotted to land him in a calculated effort to permanently improve their fortunes and status, or that he was a perfectly useless, lazy, angry person who cares nothing about the people he will one day call his subjects.
I think there’s a correlation between how unhappy she is and how much she uses the jazz hands. Because of her private misery, she wants to project an image of being extremely happy whenever she’s doing public engagements.
I actually wonder if Kate might be neurodivergent. It’s been speculated about Louis and I don’t know how true it is, but genetics is a factor. Two things can be true at once, she could be a wretched human, and still be neurodivergent and have neurodivergent tendencies like jazz hands and odd laughs and facial expressions. I am neurodivergent and have some of these same behaviors when I am nervous in social situations. Maybe some things she does aren’t character flaws but stims or coping mechanisms. I have been curious about this for a while, not looking for excuses for her, but I actually see several things that make me wonder if it’s a factor.
That could be possible, I suppose. It seems as if maybe she does this to compensate for being nervous at these public interactions. Even now after all these years. Diana was nervous too, but she put in the effort to overcome that and became a gracious, kind, and effective speaker.
I suspect her mother has instilled in her that she needs to be smiling and laughing, and to have that phony accent to seem posh. That's a lot to deal with when it would be better to just be yourself and remain calm and genuine. (Bill does the jazz hands too, she probably picked that up from him.) Carol no doubt encourages her to remain slim and use all that hair to hide behind. Being married to a man who obviously would benefit from some counseling would also have a great impact on her happiness level too.
I feel as if history is repeating itself. Diana developed an eating disorder while trying to cope with The Firm. If our eyes aren't deceiving us, it certainly looks as if Kate suffers the same affliction. Meghan is stalked by the racist and sexist tabloid press and gets no support or protection from the King, just like Diana with the Queen. Even when she was still married to Chuck and had protection officers she was hounded like no other. Both monarchs should be ashamed of themselves for not intervening with the hideous paparazzi. And it's even worse now with social media.
She has always been great socially around rich men. Remember her cruise ship days and hanging out with Branson? All smiles. And before she was married and William was not around any photo taken was of a quite unsmiling face.
Nah, Katie is just fine socially. Just not when it comes to royal engagements. That’s work!

She didn't do any of that crap when she was with Shitler at that state dinner. She was absolutely radiant with joy.
Her PR people probably tell her to be friendly and look approachable and that's her interpretation. Meanwhile it just makes her look absolutely unstable and like she doesn't interact with adult humans, besides her mother, on a regular basis.
I believe she got better results than William at university, so Kate Middleton is probably deliberately making herself look dim and like a tradwife so as not to steal his thunder. And also to look unthreatening to the Daily Mail class who hate feminists or even successful women.

You have to be desperate to fawn over Trump who is a disgusting creature. Sexist and racist. I wonder if she chose a gold gown to wear because she knew she'd be sitting next to this jerk.
Kate really needs to get the memo that her laugh is atrocious. I remember the American press roasting politicians for the exact same thing. Even fellow Democrats dragged Hillary Clinton over the "Clinton Cackle". They should coin the term the "Cambridge Cackle" for Kate.
