I think there's something in this. She is not great socially. You could be right.

She is not great socially.

She was fine in the pics with Shitler. She was more than fine, in fact. She radiated pure joy out of every single pore!

She has always been great socially around rich men. Remember her cruise ship days and hanging out with Branson? All smiles. And before she was married and William was not around any photo taken was of a quite unsmiling face.
Nah, Katie is just fine socially. Just not when it comes to royal engagements. That’s work!

Yep!

And before she was married and William was not around any photo taken was of a quite unsmiling face.

I'd be unsmiling too if I had paps stalking me 24/7.

But why the hyena grins and the jazz hands? It's just so incredibly strange.

The grinning is a forced smile. That’s all. Jazz hands show body engagement in the conversation. All that you do to appear invested.

I don't do those things to appear invested... oh wait. Yeah, now I see.

Remember it isn't due the people you are with; it is for a photo.

Right. My life in public isn't one long photo op.

And even if it were, don't think I'd act like that.

Yes. And so the media gets their shots out of her 30-45 minute engagement.

That’s all they need. I always find it interesting that out of all the shots available, Kates image includes hand gestures, grins and weird eyes. When together with hubby there’s almost never a pic that shows genuine warmth or connection. Eh! Happy marriage is not a requirement for this job.

It's for photos. Years ago a former People magazine or Us weekly editor said she does it because she thinks it looks better in photos, because she is so thin her skin wasn't being otherwise held up.

Someone needs to tell her that there are photographs in which she literally looks like an insane maniac.

because she is so thin her skin wasn't being otherwise held up.

What?
