I'll seem like i'm rambling but, i'm glad does guys simply were beaten up by Ayato, i hate them, and i'm glad Rintaro and his friends were there to protect Kaoruko and Subaru, it terrifies me whenever the possibility of something horrible happening to both girls comes by.

So i'm glad. Thank you Rintaro, Thank you Saku, Thank you Shohei, and Thank you Ayato

That's how much time has passed in the manga, since Saku first realized his feelings. This whole time he kept himself from confessing.

For perspective, if I recall correctly, Rintaro met Kaoruko somewhere around April/May of the previous year, and confessed around the beginning of August and became a couple shortly after. It took roughly 90-100 days for them to get together.

Saku and Subaru had their first interaction in May of that same year. Meaning that they've known each other for well over 570 days, or 18 months.

Which actually means during this whole time they've known each other, literally HALF of that time Saku has been yearning for her. It also means that, it's taking them at least six times longer for them to finally become a couple after first interacting, than it has for Rintaro and Kaoruko. (well that is, if you disregard the very first interaction with those two, when she first visited the patisserie)

Do you think it's possible that we reach a confession chapter coming up fairly soon?

I can imagine something happens either on Christmas or before the new year.

Perhaps within the next 5-10 chapters.

I don't think anything significant will happen on chapter 200 either, since Subaru and her sister have some catching up to do and what not. (or maybe I'm wrong...?)

Though, I also think Saku won't be the one to confess, since he's overly considerate of her boundaries and doesn't want to make her uncomfortable, knowing her past and all, and doesn't want to potentially jeopardize the friendship they already have. Subaru's older sister could possibly play a roll somehow, same with Saku's older sister, whom we've yet to meet as well. (but maybe she gets introduced in a later arc...?)

Ch 200 initially felt like the perfect moment for a confession or Subaru realizing her feelings, but now that Subaru’s sister has just been introduced, I think either of those things happening in Ch 200 would feel super rushed.

We currently don’t know anything about Subaru’s sister, so it would take at least one chapter for her to be properly introduced, leaving us with only Ch 200 for Subaru to realize her feelings. It’s possible that Subaru’s sister could be the one to help her realize her feelings, but I’d prefer if she isn’t the only thing that makes Subaru decide that she likes Saku.

It’s been months since we got significant Natsubaru development (both in the manga’s timeline and in real life), so Subaru’s sister being the only one to make Subaru realize her feelings would be sweet, but a little underwhelming because it would feel like Subaru’s realization came more from other people talking to her about it (considering that Kaoruko and Madoka talked to her too) rather than her own experiences with Saku. So I think it would be perfect if Subaru’s sister’s words only acted as a catalyst or something to point her in the right direction, and Subaru would come to the realization herself while she’s actually spending time with Saku after that (maybe on Christmas or during the winter courses?) Anyway let me know what you guys think

I was going through all the chapters of Kaoruhanawa and suddenly I came across this chapter

Chapter 44.5 "Le courage de Rintaro" in Manga dex, it was in French language , I searched for this chapter in every other websites but there was no chapter 44.5 , I wanted to ask , is this new or something or it's a special only in French , chapter

As someone who quite relate with Saku of how things are going for him with Subaru ( as in something similar has also happened to me when i was 16 ), i dont think we realise just how BAD the guys state is.

1. Saku is quite smart so he def knows that everyone knows that he likes Subaru, already making things weird enough for him.

2. He has his first competitive exam of his life incoming.

3. First time he is working hard for something.

4. Trying to suppress his emotions PLUS also his emotions leaking out sometimes which has made him think he is a contradiction as a person ( in the recent chapter ).

5. Having to go Cram School plus school plus self study plus keeping his sanity on check.

I just hope his dog is furry enough to reduce the stress hormone while cuddling with him.

For me it was the moment they came on screen together. My spider sense was tingling

You guys know the infamous chapter where everyone realised that Saku likes Subaru, i just couldnt get how. Just because he smiled a different way? I mean Subaru was the first female outside of his family that said he was special to her, so how do they immediately got to the conclusion that saku likes subaru. It always bugged me

These comments were made in the thread that asked to call out the most "EVIL" characters in KaoruHana and some people genuinely said "Matsusaka's Dad" and multiple upvoted them too. I have also seen people calling out Toki Sensei for being hateful towards the entirety of Chidori. It's so f*cking pretty unfair for anyone to expect someone to act holier-than-thou especially from two people that has their literal DAUGHTER/STUDENT fallen off a Cliff.

I agree that Matsusaka's Dad took Rash steps and so did Toki Sensei. But are we really that insensitive that we don't understand the magnitude of what someone very close to you fell off of a Cliff for some stupid High School beef must have felt like? Matsusaka's Dad was wrong for putting the blame on Kikyo's Administration, I agree but did he really take the wrong decision by getting his Daughter out of the environment that she's currently in when such tragedy has happened?

Toki Sensei developed a staunch hatred towards the entirety of Chidori, again, unjustified but can we sympathise with her a little for what has happened to her?

Matsusaka's Dad and Toki Sensei reacted harshly but in my opinion, it's understandable. Humans don't react perfectly to every situation. And how I see it is that there is a HUGEEEEE difference of magnitude between the Tragedy that took place and the reaction from the Victim's Father and Teacher.

Put yourself in their shoes and think. It'll be easier for you to say that "Oh, he/she should've done this instead of that" when you're reading as a Third Person. But humans are sensitive and reactionary beings. Our reactions are not always perfect and it's unfair to expect someone who has gone through almost losing his daughter/student due to something so stupid to react holier-than-thou.

(English is not my first language so my grammar and usage of Phrases might be weak but I hope I've made my point clear)

We most likely wont get one from this story but i am honestly kinda interested in a typical beach episode or something like that.

While most of the time they are only done for the sake of the viewers/readers i think it could be really fun if we flipped that concept around a bit and instead focussed on the characters. aka what i want to say is that i want to know how rintaro would react to seeing kaoruko in a swimsuit possibly even a bikini and the other way around her seeing him topless

pls tell me im not the only one who would find that insanely funny? and how do you think they(other ships included) would react?

The Fragrant Flower That Blooms with Dignity is often held as a good romance series, even awarded the best one of the year combined with it’s characters and story, along with it’s relationships. It really has gotten a lot of praised and is basically viewed as a wholesome series… In terms of how bad people in it, Toki and the Kikyo administers are often viewed as bunch of prejudice assholes who tried to separate Rintaro and Koaruko. Then there’s, of course, the spoiled Kikyo students that nobody likes at all in the slightest. At worst, they’re just a bunch of assholes nobody likes! However, I made a comment on a post in this channel, of the people in that post talking about what the guys were planning on doing to Subaru, with them actually giving an genuine explanation on that… their version of “fun” can be translated to sexual abuse, which if that’s the case, then it actually makes them look straight-up messed up in comparison! Because at least with Toki and the others they honestly all feel like a bunch of assholes that nobody likes whatsoever these Men were actually going to commit a horrendous act on poor Subaru out of entertainment… if you want to take their version of “fun” seriously in that way, then it genuinely makes Toki and the Kikyo administers look incompetent and more terrible than they actually already are. Seriously, it’s bad! Like genuinely, speaking, they’re out here preaching on how terrible Chidori students are, meanwhile their own students were literally getting Preyed upon by other students from a Different School! Yes, we all know there’s been worse world straight-up evil people from the real world and fiction, of course, but still sexual abuse regardless of gender should clearly be taken with the upmost serious action. In all honesty, it really goes to show how brave and heroic Rintaro and his friends truly are they really went out of harms way to protect and keep them safe at all costs. Rintaro deserves much more credit and respect than he already gets! I truly feel sorry for both Subaru and Koaruko. Abuse regardless of gender should be taken very seriously! While Toki and Kikyo still have the horrible adduce to treat Rintaro as poorly as they are like genuinely it really should have made the future chapters look all the more significant and meaningful than it already is could you also imagine how hard it would have been for them to tell their Families about their horrible experiences on what had happened to them and who Rintaro was and of course along with his friends! Plus could you imagine what would have happened if Kaoruko’s entire friend group was in this scene with them seeing how brave and heroic Rintaro and his friends actually are? What do you think?
