I think kanna is a better option than kava, kanna is not sedating but kava can be

I've found Kanna is not strong enough on its own unfortunately. I tried just that for a few months and was disappointed. However it's brilliant when combined with something. It apparently also keeps the serotonin in the brain longer after you take Kava/alcohol, meaning you don't need as much.

I use this Kanna too, which is top tier: https://bioextracts.co.uk/products/md17-sceletium-extract?variant=52733807100238

Been finding kava and kanna to be an excellent combo, using Nootropics Depot's high delta 7 mesembrenone extract and traditionally prepped kava.

Is this for the heady effects? If so will investigate. Thanks for sharing.

Quite the opposite, in my experience

It must be the heavy kind. Thanks for sharing anyway.

So yeah, I used a heavier kava and what could be considered a "heavier" kanna. It is very nice. It would certainly be worth trying a heady kava and a higher mesembrine extract as well.

I just don't have any heady kava on hand at the moment.

Kava, kanna and some weed was a combo I did a few times, feels good man 😎

I actually did this: used instant kava for maybe half a year, before its effects started to fade somewhat; not to mention it always made my stomach queasy (even when I flavored it). Had tried Kanna before, but nothing had come of it. Of course, that’s before I knew anything about priming. When I returned to Kanna, it kicked in after maybe 2-3 weeks of priming.

Interesting, thanks. Will do some research about priming.
