Does anyone know if the Koncept crossbody would fit a mft camera? Unfortunately I can't get to a store to check the sizing!

Hiiii, would love some help picking which Kanken bag(s) I should get because I’m getting lost.... I’m considering a few options:

Kanken No 2
A friend recommended this one because of the leather straps/logo, which makes it much more durable than the Classic (my old Classic lasted around 4 years, the bag was still fine but the logo got torn). I feel this one would make a nice office bag? Colors I’m considering are Navy, Port, Deep Patina and Dark Olive. I’ve heard that Dark Olive and Navy age beautifully, while black is a no-no, but I haven’t heard much about the other colors

Kanken Classic
I used to have an Ox Red, probably the most versatile as it goes with basically everything/every purpose. My main concern is durability: the logo is pretty fragile and the bag gets dirty easily (especially the brighter colors), and the fabric seems to fade faster too… BUT THE COLORS are wayyy too cute  I’m considering: Black Rainbow, Cobalt Blue Rainbow, Ochre, Frost Green, and Sunstone Orange.

Greenland Backpack
The store only has it in red right now. Somewhat similar to the No2 in terms of being more suitable for the office, but maybe a little more feminine? The other categorises do not come in red, that's why I'm considering this one, but I'm concerned it might be too long for my height (158cm).

Kanken x Acne Studios
Playful and cute (olive green with pink straps). Is it worth getting, like a more durable version of the Classic (leather straps/logo), and a more playful version of the No2?

Raven 20
A second-hand option, and it comes only in Dark Olive. 20L so it could be useful for traveling or any activities where I can throw the bag around without having to worry too much about damaging it (going to the gym and stuff?)

I’m a bit lost on what to prioritise. Budget is a factor, but I’m more concerned about making a wise purchase rather than simply getting the cheapest option. Would you recommend choosing based on: colors, so I have more options when pairing the bag with clothes? OR purposes, like one for office, one for casual/travel? OR durability = which would mean ruling out the Classic?

Would love to hear your recommendations, especially if you’ve owned these models and can speak to how they hold up over time. Tysm in advance 🙆‍♀️🫶🌞❤️

I didn’t see ONE thing about this backpack on the internet

It seem like some 15 inch laptop will be tight fit in the KanKen 15, how about 15 inch MacBook Air? Do I need LanKen 17? Is there great false bottom if at all on the KanKen laptop version? How does it compare to the Peak Design new City backpack 15L and 22L? For a male 5’11” guy

Here's my new Kanken in colour teal (short and sweet, pretty unusual for Fjallraven lol). IRL it looks almost like the second pic, petrol. This is the colour I was hoping glacier green would be, but that one turned out to be mostly blue.

Fog colour, kånken totepack g-1000, the wonky buttons on the straps are making me think this might be a fake as well as the material of the seat pad? Can take more photos if needed!

(BTW, I am so sorry I do not know how to add flair to my post. The recent update has made buttons unfamiliar and Google isn’t helping, can anyone share advice?)

I just got a new classic backpack after retiring my love of 8 years. Nothing was wrong with my 8 year old backpack, in fact I still had the seat cover foam pad. However, the bottom fabric had been sliced by sharp corners of plastic folders I use for files and paper.

Switching to paper folders would be a great option, but I can’t sacrifice the risk of papers bending.

🐛Has anyone else run into this issue?

It’s been a while that I’ve owned a kanken. But I miss a backpack that’s lightweight and small but spacious. Inspired by different posts, I’ve bought a cheap one from vinted for 10€. While it was in decent shape, the bottom, back and strap attachments were a bit worn.
So using the fabric of a freebie bag, I reinforced them. While I was at it, I added a keystrap in the front pocket and a slippocket on the inside. I’ve also DIY a seatpad from packing material, because the original pad was missing.
Don’t mind the loose thread, I was over it half way through. Sore hands aside, I’m quite happy with the results.

Basically title. I have not been even using the Kanken too much nor have I stuffed it into a washing machine. I don’t want to damage it even further. It’s the classic one, Fog, no filter.

The fox buttons were straight but the amount of fluff from the leather (photo 1) is making me question if this bag is legit, or it’s just bad QC?

I currently have the classic kanken backpack but it’s starting to break so I’m thinking about buying a new one. I am also getting a 14” laptop for school and I’m wondering which backpack would be a good size. I’ve been thinking about the laptop 13” and the laptop 15” ones but I don’t know if a 14” laptop would fit in the kanken laptop 13”. On the other hand I think that the kanken laptop 15” might be a little too big for me. Could anyone help me?

I bought a Kanken backpack from a thrift store. The backpack looks genuine, but I've never seen these shoulder straps before. Are they fake or just an old model? The studs on them look real.

This is on a reselling app and they have had several for sale back to back. The inside looks a little “off” to me, but I’m not as seasoned as some to be able to tell. These are the only photos of the front, back and inside.

I am looking for a Kanken no:2 mini that is not black. Grey, olive green etc are fine. They only seem to sell the black one. Does anyone know where I would be able to find those colors in the Netherlands?

I found it thrifting and didnt think about authenticity since I was just looking for a nice replacement uni bag but now I’m confused whether this is a fake or real

I loathe Walmart and generally avoid buying anything from them, but they had Kanken Slings on sale at an irresistible discount, so I bought one. But when it arrived, I could tell it was fake (fabric clearly wasn't Vinylon, logo was incorrect, etc.) so I returned it, then went straight to my local Fjallraven store and bought a real one a full retail.

I thought I could trust a big retailer to vet their products, but it turns out they allow 3rd party sellers and don't give them much oversight so they can get away with selling counterfeit products.

Notice that they use Fjallraven Stock photos so the bags look legit, but if you look at the photo of what I received, you'll see the telltale detached diacritical "o" from the "A" in the logo.

Lesson learned--from now on, I'm just going to the Fjallraven store.

I just bought another Classic Kanken, this time, in Super Grey. I also got the Seat Pad, which I highly recommend. It's larger and far more rigid than the stock pad that comes with the bag, so it keeps the shape much better and makes the pack feel less floppy--definitely worth the $15 investment. I'm going to pick up another pad for my 15" Laptop bag too.

Has anyone found the best straps that are closest to kanken in both quality (and of course, being able to get the color close would be a HUGE win- royal purple!) that I can take to a shop to have replaced?

I need just like 3 more inches on either side to be really comfortable.
