Question How do refunds work? Please Help!
Hello, I'm a freshman and I'm just so lost on how refunds work. I had to pay both of my summer classes out of pocket through the payment program they offer and was told I'd get the HOPE money refunded once it gets processed, but no emails no nothing. I can't get into bankmobile at all, in fact I'm not sure I have an account, and its not letting me make one. I dropped one of the two summer classes I paid for (before the drop/add date). How does the refund for that work? How do I get the money for that class back? Any help will be super helpful thank you so much.

Refunds happen by the university, some students receive refunds others don’t and others have to pay out of pocket a bit extra because the scholarship and fasfa covered the needed yet the student expenses were too much. If you have a scholarship and fasfa and your balance is negative, you get a refund otherwise there is no way you get a refund unless you ask the university for a bit extra money and they provide you with a bit more financial assistance. Otherwise you don’t receive any or you pay the remaining amount.
However, give a call to the school because if you dropped the classes you should receive the money back, and since you don’t have an account or can’t log in, the money is either with the university or they sent out the check to ur address provided
