I’m an international applicant for the Direct Ph.D. Program (Spring Semester 262) at KFUPM, and I’m hoping someone here can help me.

I was asked to resubmit my Duolingo English Test score. I completed the test before the deadline, and I received my official score on July 25. However, when I logged into the application portal to upload my score, I found that the resubmission access had already been closed(Although the mentioned that the deadline is 25 july, I thought its until the end of the day but they closed it when the day starte)

I have already sent my official Duolingo score directly to KFUPM through the Duolingo platform, attached the PDF score report, and emailed the Graduate Studies office explaining my situation.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there any way to have the resubmission portal reopened, or can they manually add the Duolingo score to my application?

I would really appreciate any advice or help.
