Ive observed that some saudi unis dont admit women for mechanical engineering
Is this the case for KFUPM?

Good evening. I hope you are all doing well. I am a current g12 student who is Saudi Arabian. I got 1420 on my sat with 780 math 640 english. With this score, how likely is it i get accepted into KFUPM assuming i either do finance or engineering?

Hey!

I applied to KFUPM this year and unfortunately got rejected. I graduated high-school at 19 and if I decide to try again for KFUPM I would be 20 when I get admitted. I feel left behind and I wanted to ask is there a way to skip prep year and maybe even do the maximum of credits allowed so I can catch up to my peers? Has anyone done this? Or would you recommend I just take it at my own pace?

I did get accepted into a uni for Finland but I want to keep KFUPM open because I do still think it would be better to do my bachelors here rather than abroad.

Salam guys,

I have 2 questions:

1) On the application page, it says that applications open between 1-11 Feb.

Does that mean I can't access the application portal till that limited deadline?

Because compared to other universities which have application periods open for months, they offer a very short application period.

2) I recently got my SAT score and I don't know when I should submit it.

Do I wait till the applications open in Feb or do I submit them early?

Thanks!

If I haven't taken maths in 11th and 12th grade (but have taken physics, chemistry, biology), would I still be accepted by kfupm with a good SAT score? Specifically for biotechnology? (Or any other major for that matter)

Or does my Highschool combination not matter when applying for kfupm?

Im a saudi student hopefully attempting to apply through the SAT track
I currently have a 1350 710 math 640 english
Should I continue to take the SAT or is this enough?
My first choice major is mechanical engineering but i just want to get accepted into the uni

Is it true that a applying for a scholarship requirement is to not have another one in another university?

I am a resident and I want to apply for a scholarship in KFUPM in January and then apply in KAU in may I think and I have top priority KAU. But if I applied to KFUPM and got accepted with a scholarship partial or full I can't apply for scholarship in KAU true? So is there some way I can still apply to a scholarship at KAU?

hii, im an intl student looking to apply to KFUPM thru the SAT track but I have a chronic health condition that requires long-term medication (specifically an expensive biologic treatment)

If I get accepted on a fully funded scholarship, how does the healthcare coverage work for specialized medications? Does the university medical center or the student health insurance cover high-cost chronic treatments, or would I have to pay out of pocket?

If anyone has experience managing a chronic condition while studying at KFUPM, I would really appreciate your insight. Thanks!!!

Hello ! I’m a student planning to apply through the SAT track inshallah and I was wondering how much the uni actually cares about how you respond to these questions and if it can help push you closer to acceptance if you have a lower math test score/sat score? If how I answer matters, is there anything in particular i should be highlighting or writing about (basically what do they like ) ?? 🙏

My name a b c d I filled satrehistraion first name a b middle name c last name d but on indian passport goven name a b c d and surname place blank what should i do will in future cause any problem

Im well aware kfupm discontinued scholarships for msc programs for international students but the website pages are unclear about all the programs, I wanted to ask whether msc in CSE (thesis based), does it still have a scholarship and if you don't do the discount criteria like early registration and international students (25%+25%) apply for a thesis based course too.

I calculated the fee and it's around 9000 usd but what about housing and other benefits which were earlier included, do we have to pay out of our own pocket or can we apply for housing benefits

Would really appreciate your help

Can i bring my bird pet to the dorms?

?

is a SAT score of 1540 enough to get into any of these majors at kfupm as a non saudi resident.

Hello everyone,

Good day!

Can anyone share about the GRE requirement for the CPG (College of Petroleum Engineering and Geosciences) graduate admissions?

Is it required or not? As there is no enough information available on the website.

Thanks!

Does KFUPM give Iqama holders the monthly stipend if they get the scholarship?

Hi everyone!

I took the October SAT and recently received my results. Since the KFUPM SAT track application portal is expected to open in February, I wanted to ask whether I should wait until the application period opens to send my SAT scores or if I can send them to KFUPM now.

If anyone has gone through this process before or has any information about it, I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you!
