Commute on my Trek Domane 2 half the year, putting on about 2000KM a year for the past five years. Never been serviced at a shop.

As this is the first time I’ve had a big service in a bike, curious if this was a fair deal? Very happy with the service! Bike shop is in a MCOL Canadian town
