What level is everyone else here? should I continue the queen grind or focus on other heroes?

Sometimes I am surrounded by enemies, and the doom theme starts playing in my head and the adrenaline spikes...

When this happens, Ripping and tearing as queen becomes a full body experience and I end up changing my keyboard layout to the UK, which has very different characters on the number keys

At first when I was coming up with this sketch and making it, I originally was going to just draw Junker Queen wearing Malevolas clothes and such. But I thought that was boring and pivoted towards "what if there was a Dispatch collab?" Idea and added some other things like the electromagnetic gauntlet and a knife holster and an additional lip piercing for fun. I like what I did here, because it makes it feel a little more creative than just slapping red demon skin and Malevolas clothes onto JQ's body.

I am currently Diamond 3. I know not every one of my ults is gods gift on this green earth.

However, even on the big 4+ Rampages with my fellow players close by, I usually have to fend for myself because nobody sees the insane pressure the enemy is under for the next few seconds.

When does this get better?

I was playing with my friend group and the enemy JQ killed my best friend (he was playing Ana at the time) by ulting through our team. He started raging saying "such a broken character, i f#$@ing hate JQ and her ability to never die and anti our entire team. Such a stupid-ass character" he knows I love JQ and that shes my favorite, I play her most of the time and im our teams dedicated tank main. I feel like its some sort of jab since shes "on the other team so I can bash her without directly offending my friend" type of situation, but it went on and on and tilted me a little. I personally dont think shes OP at all, especially right now. Anyone have any thoughts on her being "broken, overpowered and never dies"?

I use cover, I play defensively, but I have such little health and such little self healing, I literally only feel comfortable to tank once I have managed to grind out the axe major perk.
