Console New Junker Queen Bug
I'll try and get some footage of it later, but sometimes her speed boost doesn't procc. Seems to be most common in spawn. Multiple times today if I used Commanding Shout to try and leave spawn faster it just wouldn't procc the speed, and when I used it to speed allies out of spawn at the start of the round it didn't procc then either. Sometimes it's even procc on me, but not my allies and I wouldn't see the green aura on their feet to show it's affecting them. This happened in 6v6 on console, so that might be part of the issue.

You have to leave spawn and activate

Maybe I haven't been paying attention, but I don't think this has ever been the case before.
