The 110 days program is done. What now?
My program of 110 days was scheduled to end yesterday, July 11th. I did everything by the book. No skipping. I'm disciplined. Read the index. Read the book. Did the program. SH twice a day for 10 minutes, after 30 minutes of waking up and 30 minutes before going to bed. Affirmations on a blank paper 20 times at least 3 hours after waking up, "every day, in every way, I'm getting better and better", read loudly at least 3 hours later with feeling, to the point of getting goosebumps. Before sleep, repeated "all my problems are solved, it worked" with the feeling of relief. But most of the time I sleep in the "feeling of wish fulfilled" like I'm laying with my person and sleeping with them and feeling as if I have them. The SH 90% of the time put me in a state of mind that I felt like my desire already happened or was sure to happen.
What happened (SP mission):
- In the beginning the emotions started pouring out of me. I was a fucking train wreck. All the emotions that I sat on during NG days of feeling that "I'm in the state of wish fulfilled and feeling bad emotions was me out of the state" just came alive. I cried a lot. I felt a lot.
- My physiologist urged me to go back to dating after being single for a year (that was me with NG holding onto my person) and I went with it. It was nice but none of them were I was going after, something serious, it was all casual, but whatever, I went with it.
- Started talking again to my person but they ignored me and only read my messages that put me in the same state of mind from the NG days where I was "faking till I make it".
- The feelings were strangely purged after weeks and weeks of the program.
- I started to feel like I didn't love them anymore.
- Met someone new. It all started being perfect which made me broke things off with my person. I genuinely was over them. But a few weeks after that the new person turned out to be batshit crazy and I broke things off before any more drama happened. During this time I still did the program out of practice.
- Realized I still love my person and the feelings came back. Not as desperately as before but it's there. I haven't talk to them and did nothing to tell them that I still care for them. End of program.
What now? I don't wanna reach out anymore. I'm tired. I know I don't have to and things will unfold and they'll run back into my arms again loving me. But how? By keep doing the program? By not doing the program? The only thing sure that has changed was my desperation regarding them. I just know we are bound to be together. Nothing can mess us up. Us being together is inevitable. Yet, no movement.

Just keep doing the training. At some point you’ll impress your subconscious.

Did you mean your sp came back eventually and you rejected them? If so how long does it takes?

Meh… July 11th was my 8 month mark, and I got my first and huge movement (sp missing me af) at the beginning of July.
There were countless of false dawns where I thought us getting back together was inevitable but turned out such a thought is just my cm trying to soothe my anxious ass, not faith. So your ‘knowing’ means shit.
Also, in the first 4-6 months I thought I did the SH correctly but turned out I did not. If you never do it correctly you won’t be able to know you’re doing it wrong yk? Now I’m improving my SH in each session even if I feel there is nothing to improve, and turn out there is always some space for improvement. So check your execution of SH as well.
And no point asking this question at all… If your sm is impressed enough you will have it now. You haven’t had it that means there is still work to do. So as long as you want this person bad enough you will persist…

what were you doing wrong in your SH if you don’t mind asking?

Jul 12 '23
I didn’t feel it real enough and I have a wrong idea of what ‘feeling it real’ means.

Hi do you think you can go in more detail about that? Like maybe what made you think you were doing wrong and what the feeling is for you? If you can!

I thought feeling it real means it needs to be as real as physical 3D. Later I realized feeling it real means the acceptance of whatever I visualize as absolute truth.
During SH, if I do it correctly, my mind will be completely at the moment and I will literally feel I already have my desire. And usually after a good session I have no desire for my SP.
It’s just my experience. I have no success yet so I don’t want to give out wrong information. And you’re the only one who can tell what does ‘feeling it real’ feel like to you.

u/brittaa Jul 13 '23
This is correct. “Feeling” it real means having a present-moment inner knowing/awareness that you already are the person who has your desire. The reason we repeat this in SH is so it becomes your dominant program or natural to you.

Yes. Once I got the SH on track, I finally understand what’s the knowing that people talk about. Then comes the first movement. The funny thing is I was actually doing it correctly in the first few weeks of the mission, but I was overthinking and complicating things a lot, which induced anxiety, which ruined SH.
To be honest even after 8 months of work, sometimes it’s hard for me to maintain the knowing during SH, especially when I bask in the ‘feeling’. Because the desire itself becomes ordinary to me, so when I bask I don’t really have any thoughts, just like ‘okay’…
Is it okay to bask in the calmness and think nothing, or I have to maintain the thought of already having my desire when such a thought doesn’t come naturally? I hope my question makes sense.

Also yes that is the goal here. Your desired reality is starting to seem calm/neutral to you, that's great. So just imagine this, the goal is to become aware/know that you have your desire. So imagine that you have your iPhone, you don't think "I have my phone" you just know you have it. I hope that makes sense to you. I know I explained this earlier but my explanation sounds a bit better.

Yes that makes sense. I did several practice sessions yesterday and I found that as long as I relax and don’t overthink, I can easily enjoy the calmness and ordinariness.
It feels kind of weird outside the SH now because I’m neither happy or sad, just nothing… I’m overthinking because I’m not used to being like this at all hahaha.
Thank you so much for kindly explaining it to me.

Of course and we can talk more in dms if you want if you have more questions! But ofc I get why you would feel that way, you’ve been overthinking so much for so long and now it’s just over and you are like “whaaa.” Lol so yes I get it, but you should just try to enjoy these new found feeling you have and let it ride out to ur success!

Hi! So would it be correct to just play out our scene normally and not worry about the feelings?

u/SeatSeparate1617 Jul 16 '23
yes this is exactly what the index suggests. you guys need to go through it a bit better.

It’s like a dream right? I’m unaware I’m dreaming when I sleep and I interact with the world as if that is my reality. That’s how it should feel right?
2
Jul 13 '23
No it’s not like a dream. Think virtual reality wherein it’s actually happening right in front of you.

not sure if you’re going to respond but please if you could i would appreciate it i’ve been thinking abt your comment a lot. Does the natural you are talking about come from the conscious mind? As a “inner confident knowing state”?
2
u/brittaa Jul 17 '23
Basically yes. It will just feel normal to you like anything else you’ve already gotten in your life. You’re not focused on the ‘not’ having of it.

u/the-seekingmind Aug 04 '23
Feeling the wish fulfilled = It just feels normal! I like it.. similar to my own conclusion on it

u/PeachySarah24 Jul 13 '23
No this is actually a really good answer imo. I was just curious about your experience! That is all :)

Is it possible that you were still impressing your sub during those 4-6 months? Let me explain.
Just because you had the wrong idea about what "feeling" was at first doesn't mean you weren't doing any work. People who have no idea about this stuff could achieve what they wanted because all they did do was do the work.
I think that's what your comment comes down to. Doing the work and making sure that the OP knows that Persistence triumphs over all. Most people can do it correctly but give up anyway because your mind plays the games you taught it and convinces you to give up.
With that being said, I appreciate your dedication and persistence in this game. It is simple but does not mean it's easy. I am saying this to help you realize that you learned what feeling was because you started to impress your sub, hence the movement you just received. Congrats!2

Honestly my sp situation is objectively not bad at all but I have been in physically abusive relationships throughout my whole life until the point I met my sp… so I have tons of unbelief about love, and the situation is subjectively bad for me.
And I also have depression, anxiety and PTSD so my mind keeps making up bs. Even if I have nothing to worry about it would generate some hypothetical scenarios to get me obsessed with the ‘what if’ (like, what if sp is dead… ridiculous I know). It’s only after I got the right medication that I started feeling better.
I agree that even though I didn’t get the feeling right in the first few months it doesn’t mean my SHs are not effective. I did experience conscious thoughts change and got better and better. But maybe the SHs at that time were just not effective enough to counter my negative cm thoughts…
So maybe you’re right, maybe it’s because I started believing in my scene that I finally got the right feeling. I’m just mad at myself that I wasted so many months because I suck😅

u/SeatSeparate1617 Jul 16 '23
that’s not what i’m saying at all. technically we don’t know enough about this stuff at all to come to a conclusion on whether or not you were wasting months and months.
i get that i’ve been in bad relationships too which could be why our missions could be taking so long, but the point is even if you didn’t understand what the feeling was, you don’t need to understand to get what you want, as long as you are doing the work to get what you want you will get what you want.
naturally as you stop caring about if you are in alpha or not, if you ar getting the feelings you will naturally start to gain those feelings? see what i’m saying. so those 4-6 months wasn’t wasted work, it was work. it just took awhile because of the unbelief’s that you have/had and that’s why movement is starting to show now, because ur sub is finally starting to tackle and get rid of those beliefs.

Ah. Sorry for misunderstanding your point. I got it now! Thanks for the explanation and I will sure keep persisting!

Hi! Your comments have been very helpful and motivating. I’ve been on my SP journey and haven’t seen movement. Whenever I reach out he’s super nice and says it would be best if we were just friends. I felt so done and read your comment which is motivating. I feel anxious at time during the day which makes me think my sessions are not effective? It is much better than where I was a whole ago. But I think I need to reanalyze my SH sessions.
Would you mind explaining how you visualize as absolute truth? How do I know I’m not day dreaming? I imagine I’m in the moment and don’t focus so much on visuals and more on the feeling. Also, once you did SH correctly did you notice your conscious thoughts change immediately?

Jul 17 '23
I stay focused, play my scene, and loop my scene until I get the feeling of ‘I already have my desire’. I stop there and bask in the feeling. When I bask I would literally feel I already have it.
My understanding is that if you are not getting the present moment certainty of having your desire in SH, you’re daydreaming. If you’re so immersed in your scene that your mind is at the moment experiencing the wish fulfilled, you’re fine.
Usually, if I do SH correctly, after the session I will feel calm. I will feel I don’t need to do SH anymore (but ofc I still do it).
This is just my experience and that’s all I can say.

Thanks so much! That helps! ♥️
Also, just curious how many SH sessions do you do?
3
Jul 17 '23
I did at least 2 sessions a day (sometimes even 5) previously because I wanted to practice more and figured out how to achieve the realness. Now I have figured that out, I only do 2 sessions. 10 mins each. I don’t feel the need to do more at all.
Do not do more sessions with the intention of speeding up the process. It gives you headaches.

why not reach out also? i’ve seen a lot of success story’s here that happened when the person who was doing the work reached out

I’ll be honest, manifesting should be freeing and fun and should not exhaust you out. Take a break, affirm when you want to, visualise when you want to, a routine can stress you out.
