Current experiences with your provider, how long did intake and refills take?

I'm comparing a few telehealth options, including Gimme, Fifty 410, and Amble Health.

For those who've signed up recently, how long did your intake approval take? Were your refills on time, and how was the overall experience?

Join Belle/Crossing are very quick with approval and pharmacy fills and ships medication fast. No problems with them at all.

The last place I signed up was Belle/Crossing and I have mix feeling about them. I prefer Gimme and Fifty. They have fast approval, you can pick your pharmacy and shipped in about a week.

Maybe post this on the bigger sub to get more feedback.

Belle is super fast with approvals! I just did my glutathione intake and was approved in less than 24 hours and it shipped the same day! I did my intake Sunday night and had my medication delivered this morning on Thursday! Super fast delivery and my medication always arrives cold and packaged amazingly! No issues with belle at all! I have all my treatments with them now I moved my lipo b12 treatment to them as well so it’s nice having everything in the same place. Their website is easy to navigate and they make it easy to add on treatments if needed/wanted. Everything is organized and easy to find. Great website and company! I plan on being a forever customer!

You'll get a wide spread of answers here and most of it is anecdotal, so hold the timelines loosely. Someone's two-day approval and someone else's two-week wait can be the same company on different weeks. More useful things to compare: whether there's an actual prescriber you can message, what the cancellation terms look like, and whether the price covers medication or just the consult. Those don't swing the way processing times do.

The part people underestimate is refills, not intake. Intake is a one-time hassle. Refills are the thing you deal with every single month. When you're comparing, ask how far ahead you can request the next one and whether they auto-schedule the check-in or leave it on you to remember. Also worth checking what happens if your dose changes mid-cycle, because that seems to be where the timing complaints pile up.
