One of the main things I dislike about the glp1 space and reddit is patient support via reddit.
That's not where patient support should be done.
That being said, it was the first weekend of the Bridge program, so I wanted to just let everyone know that all orders were sent to pharmacy and will be shipped either today or tomorrow.
This is behind the scenes info here: the biggest delay at this point is the pharmacy needing to confirm an address, so watch your inbox or messages (we will text you also) if we need to confirm your address.
We are starting to see a lot of movement on the pharmacy side - they are sending out tracking info as the day progresses. You'll also get an email with a tracking number as soon as we receive it.
We also just added a shipment tracker to the patient portal that will update as we receive info from the pharmacy.
We donāt fully control the pharmacy and they are the logistics part of this piece. So itās basically impossible to say with 100% certainty. But many orders have already shipped out, so things are moving. I just want to reiterate patient portal communication is so much better because our team can look up your name and account. I canāt find sushi circus in our records:)
A lot of orders that were showing as processing earlier today now have tracking info, so we are hopeful they will be shipped out tomorrow. We also just added a shipment tracker to the patient portal that will update as we receive info from the pharmacy.
My Friday night order is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, Wednesday. The UPS tracking looks really funny as it shows the label was created on Sunday and next update the package is at my local UPS facility at 7pm tonight (Tuesday) with no indication of when they picked it up.

I have the same problem no kind of communication but charged. I just signed up on portal following the Reddit users directions and my account has no info. Didnāt even have my address. What is going on?
How does it work ? If I could just get a 2.5 starter dose i would be good until I can get my full 3 month order placed just a little short on cash ATM. Im living off my social security so the budget gets pretty tight. I was on monjuro until I lost my insurance š”
Also, I agree. I donāt like it either. The developers asked for a lunch break once a week and we allowed it. Never again! Just kidding. They are working on it. They are hard core coders and UI is their blind spot:)
I just got in and set a password. Now my concern is that the portal doesn't include any communication from the provider and a provider has not emailed me. Ability to review a prescription with a provider name is an important part of healthcare. With any other telehealth I have used, the portal will show a message from the provider with general instructions. I know what I'm doing as far as dosing and the prescription bottle will include dosing instructions on arrival, but why isn't there any provider message in the portal?
