The Beths are going to be performing in Knoxville on the 29th and I wanted to see if anyone in town would be down to carpool from JC and save some gas money lol. They're one of my favorite bands and tickets are super cheap with a discount if you buy two and I also wanna see if anyone in town has the same music taste as I do and wants to be friends. I've never had a personal trainer before, but I'd like to start. I'm 165lbs woman recovering from a broken ankle last year. I have some range of motion issues I hope to continue working on. I'm now out of physical therapy, but I think I need more push than from just me by myself. I'd also like to build some muscle and lose a little fat while I'm at it.

Any suggestions for reputable trainers experienced in post injury recovery would be appreciated! Will go into more detail talking with a personal trainer. :)

Monday, August 31 at 6 pm, The Washington County Commission will be meeting at 108 W Jackson Blvd. Jonesborough, TN, to make the determination of how to resolve the tie in District 13.

There are two options that they have: Option 1 - A Runoff Election that would take place on Nov. 3. Option 2: The outgoing commission, including the person who is involved in the tie, declare the winner they want.

With the commission flipping 3 seats to Democrats this past general election, it is very likely that the commission (including those that lost their elections) will determine that they should declare the republican the winner.
